TD Bank in Deland Florida has a great promotion on a nine-month certificate of deposit with a great interest rate. The personal is very friendly in the branch. I appreciated having a visit there today.

Worst customer service. Line was 8 people, and no one came to support the single bank teller. Great employees, sub-par organization. Atm was broken, and they only had one in the entire building.

TD’s DeLand branch is super nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Cathy. I came in to open some accounts and Cathy was just a wealth of knowledge and really cares for the people she works with. Super professional and went above and beyond to help me and my wife. I recommend anyone looking to go into the branch to work with Cathy!!

Elanor Trotter was no help at all and just tried to push me out the door a minute before closing after I waited there for 20 minutes. She referred me to the bank closer to where I live which makes no sense for what I was asking to do. Waste of time and no help

Everyone is eager to help you but no one does. To wait for simple wire transfer instruction, it is ridiculous. I wish capital one had florida locations.

08/02 2:25pm. I literally just walked out the Branch. I never took down the Rep's name. It's disappointing to see no Effort on their behalf, as if I caught them at the a bad time. I know I can call the #800 number regarding my account issue but call me a bit old school. I rather to talk to a Rep in Face to Face, anyway I just told her nevermind and I'll just go to my local branch. Smh.
