I requested a fully detailed O-T-D and it arrived promptly, but without full details . The invoice showed $2,995 for Parks Plus , which is basically wax coating and a power train warranty . When I chose to decline, I was told that wasn't possible. How is an option removal not possible ? The gouging didn't stop there , as proc/doc fees added a further $1,039 and Govt. fees $684 .I told them in my initial mailing that I had a tag and only a Florida DMV charge of $80 - $85 for a title transfer. There are no "Govt., fees, only State sales tax and title, tag costs . Minus State sales and title costs , they paddedout a decent vehicle price by roughly $4,500 and tried to justify them.Fortunately, my practice of requesting a detailed O-T-D and perusing it at home , saved me a worthless trip to the dealership.

DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! Might be great for new cars but do not buy used. Within 10 hours of purchasing a used vehicle, the check engine light came on, and oil and transmission fluid leaked on my driveway. The check engine codes had been cleared by Parks Toyota. The codes indicated that the motor needs replacing and there are emission issues with the vehicle. I paid a required $2995 fee that covered the inspection of this vehicle. The service dept should have caught the oil leak, leaking transmission, missing bushings, etc. This car should have been at an auction and not on their lot. Their refusal to rescind the deal when I reached out immediately is disheartening. AND THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE FAKE - HOW DOES ALEX HAVE 10 REVIEWS WITHIN AN HOUR ON 10/06/2023?

Salesman was very decent, as far as the rest, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy, sales manager, and finance manager, very deceptive, Bait and Switch, Exploitation of a senior citizen, quick at taking money, not sure about giving it back they don't want to, money should be refunded immediately when a deal is struck, and then changed at the last minute very Deceptive business practices,

Bought a Scion last December with an extended warranty. Sold the car last month. Over the past ten days have left numerous messages with Finance (they don't answer their phones) Finally got somebody to give me instructions on how to surrender the contract but now they told me their fax is broken. Are they kidding?? They don't have a fax!!! They don't even deserve their D rating from The Better Business Bureau.

Bad experience. first of all this dealership has very low inventory. after texting back-and-forth regarding a vehicle I was interested. Alex, the manager texted me that vehicle will be in the stock. and supposedly the day I arrived the vehicle was supposed to be in their parking lot. after meeting with a sales person regarding the vehicle, I was interested to my surprise the vehicle was not even in their parking lot. I drove to this dealership and it took me a quite some time to get there. The sales person brought me the price of the vehicle I was interested in. The MSRP sticker price. I asked him if the MSRP price was negotiable. To my surprise the answer was no. I informed the sales person I came to the dealership because I was told that the price was negotiable. At this point I just got up and left back home. Don't waste your time going to that dealership. They care about customers. All they care is to fill up there fat pockets with money. There are plenty of other dealers out there who have plenty of Inventory to choose from . The other theaters ships are willing to sale below the MSRP sticker price. Car dealers are in business to sell cars to customers . If this dealership continues to practice this bad behavior, customers will go elsewhere. bank Rates to finance a car are going up. No one wants to pay more then MSRP sticker price and have monthly car payment $750 Plus car Insurance. Always negotiate below MSRP sticker price.. do not allow the dealership to run your credit unless you are ready to close the deal. Never say you're paying cash, never them the sale person how much you can pay monthly on payments. Focus only on the total out the door price..

In all my years this is by far the very worst dealership to try and purchase a vehcile from.I have 31 years of expierence in the Industry. My Daughter and son in law went to the dealership to purchase a Pre-Owned vehicle that has been in the stores inventory since Jan. it was for my soon to be 16year old grandaughter. They asked me to contact store and see if I woulld help them in the negotiation process. So I did with no luck and the reason no luck was because I left 3 Messages for the GM/Hernandez, 3 Messages for the SM/Tom Scheffer, and 2 Messages for the Used Car Director/Antoine also. The receptionist passed calls to there numbers and be it in the morning or even afternoon NEVER EVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL. Then had a Sale Rep in text message our offer was to low and cant lose money. Dealerships Don't lose money they make money and you take the good deals with the not so good and average it out and profit will be there. They would not Sell them the vehicle unless a Warranty that was added to the price was purchased also. They were cash buyers. But thats not the point the total disregard and respect from a person that works with in the industry and to not provide courtesy to pick up a phone is beyond belief. No one is that busy and if the Sales Rep was smart he would have switched them to a Lease and Sold them a new car because thats what I was able to recommend to them and they did purchase a New Vehicle in Deland where the Dealer was professional and respectfull of their time and mine. It would have taken 1 phone call but I made a total of 8 Calls which to me is someone who really didn't need the Business. So this review will be posted on every Social Media Site so I can warn prospective clients to BEWARE OF THE DEALERSHIP and if you look at the stores service history you will see they are also poor when it comes to the service of your vehicle also. To Bad you can't leave a 0 review because thats what they realy earned a 0.

The sales staff are rude and obnoxious! They took advantage of my mother-in-law after her husband had just passed. After just buying a car from them 1 year ago they convinced her during an oil change to buy a new car. Her car only has 4000mi on it yet with trade in they wanted an additional 10,000 in cash! When after checking with other dealers she should have gotten at least $4000 more for her old new car! She is emotionally vulnerable and would not listen to reason and Toyota took advantage of that! Avoid this dealer at all costs they prey on the old and vulnerable. You could be next!

I purchased my 2020 Tacoma new from this dealership. Sales dept was fine to work with. the truck came with the frost two services free. This is the way the service department earns my trust and a customer for life. They failed miserably. The first service was plagued with problems. i watched in horror as the quick service manager raised his voice at the service advisor when she brought it to his attention that the job was not done as asked. The truck stayed to have a wheel repaired that a tech damaged with the impact socket. When I returned to get my truck, the paint was still wet and all Iver the center cap and tire also. Mind you, the truck had 5,000 miles on it at this point. I explained that this was unsatisfactory. the dealership replaced the wheel. I decided that another chance would be given. After all, we are all only human and stuff happens. now for the second service. This one I asked for the wheels to be balanced and that I of course would pay extra for that service. I also explained that one of my tires was 4 lbs high on air pressure And could they please address that. I explained to the advisor that I had an unpleasant experience last time and I was expecting a better result this time. He said he would document that. Well.... it didn't help. The tires were rotated but the TPMS system was not reset. The air pressure was not adjusted As written by the tech that it was. And who knows if the oil was actually changed. you see when they say that things were done but clearly not, how can one trust that anything was done As promised? I called and talked to the service advisor that i dealt with and asked for the service manager to contact me. That was 7 days ago. I guess they are done with trying and I suppose that I will be dealing with a different dealer also. Thanks Parks Toyota!

I have only gone to Parks for service on my 2011 Prius . Not purchased a car there. Service is good. They caught a problem on tires I had purchased from Walmart - slipped belt. John Defalco is my service advisor. A great guy.
