They make it very easy and straightforward to process Amazon returns. I've never had to wait for more than a minute or so, and it's very simple.

I guess I'm just not used to having to pay to print a prepaid label, or to buy a full roll of tape to seal one box. I understand buying supplies like boxes, peanuts, bags or bubble roll. But in my experience sealing a box or print one black and white piece of paper shouldn't cost me over 3$. Thankfully the lady that helped me was pretty nice so that helped. But the older lady was kind of off-putting. Not to mention a company that has made billions if not trillions off it's workers backs Can't make a few small concessions for customer convenience...

I have experience with many UPS Stores and none move as slowly as this one. I try to come here during off times when I have an Amazon return. It doesn’t matter— there is always a fairly long line here. It’s not because this location is slammed with visitors. It’s because the employees are slow. Half the time, one of the two people behind the desk will peel away to address a frivolous question being asked by a someone instead of dealing with the line that is going out the door. It feels like the employee is taking a passive aggressive break.None of the employees here are mean. They’re all polite.The parking lot here is awful. There’s no shade and sometimes finding a spot is tricky.

I Ricardo don’t write these but the poor attitude displayed by your rosy haired representative “Kenneth” warranted this review. Two stars is because I’m positive no one else at this location has the sass and poor customer service that “Kenneth” displayed today. If you don’t like your job, find yourself a job that you like because when dealing with people there is a level of decency that is required and necessary to perform a customer service job properly and today it was not displayed by “Kenneth.” God bless you and I hope you find a way to change all of the sass and drama you bring to paying customer’s.

Two people were working and even though they were pretty busy there was a very short wait and they handled my drop off quickly and printed me a receipt. Very polite associates.

I opened a mailbox so easily with my customer rep Brandon. He was super helpful and useful and i also few days later, sent my plates back to the North for my car and they were so helpful in getting that done in minutes. They even printed out a copy of my 1 page forms to send with the plates, this service at ups is really great. Staff is fairly friendly and useful and they are fast at what they do. Thank you for your services. Keep up the good work!

I first reviewed this business in 2016 and I've continued to come here since that time for reasons other than the extremely friendly customer service this location provides. Most of my visits here I admit is out of convenience since they do Amazon returns, this service has hopefully help sustain their business although I don't know what that revenue model looks like. My most recent visit was to complete a Amazon return - there were a number of customers ahead of me but this location is always staffed sufficiently so it's never more than a few minutes before you're standing at the counter to complete your transaction no matter what it is. I try to be prepared so my package is boxed and taped securely with all prior labels removed or blacked out and my QR Code provided by Amazon is ready to scan. It a very easy and efficient process and free of charge. These guys are awesome so I know I'll be returning again and again...
