I never get my packages on time. Several times I've had my packages get sent back to the sender even though they make it all the way to Deland with no issues, but then for whatever reason Deland will send them back, or they will be delayed by several days with no update on its whereabouts. It's incredibly frustrating knowing that there's a 50/50 chance on whether or not I will get my stuff.

Mailman did not deliver my mail. Stated I asked for it to be held, when I have never spoken to him or anyone at post office. Calls to the local post office were zero help and all I was told was he would bring it at some point.

Postal Service should be abolished, and these people should lose their jobs. Maybe then they will learn their lesson in serving the public with honor and respect. Every post office you look at only causes stress in people's lives instead of good service.

Absolutely not helpful at all. Asked for help with a money order and was told he couldn’t help. Every time I come here it gets less and less inviting and helpful.

The woman I dealt with was unbelievably rude — downright disrespectful. And when I asked to speak to her supervisor, thinking maybe someone else would actually LISTEN or try to fix things, it only got worse. Turns out her supervisor is the postmaster, and she was even more arrogant and dismissive than the first. No apology. No empathy. Not even the SLIGHTEST attempt to deescalate the situation like any competent manager would. Just cold, condescending attitude from the start.
I was trying to be reasonable. I just wanted to be heard. But every time I tried to explain what was wrong, she cut me off, talked down to me, and acted like I was the problem for even speaking up. Eventually, she flat-out told me to leave — and then had the nerve to threaten to have me removed. For what? For asking for basic respect?
At first, I thought maybe I just caught them on a bad day — maybe it was me. But no. I checked the reviews, and it turns out this is just how they run things here. It’s not a fluke — it’s a pattern. She treats everyone like they’re beneath her, and instead of doing her job and actually MANAGING the place, she just dismisses every complaint like it’s nothing. Apparently, SHES never the problem — it’s always everyone else.
To make it even worse, she refused to give me her superior’s name or contact info. Totally shut me down. And I’ve even heard from others that she goes through people’s packages under the excuse of “checking” them — which honestly makes my skin crawl.
I am furious that this is the level of service we’re expected to accept. I will NEVER go back. Ever. And if you’re thinking about it? Don’t. You deserve better than this.
If my experience isn't enough, just look at the tens of others reviews. Over 100 and a 2.5 at this point in time. This is who we trust with our stuff people 🤩💗😍

This place is an absolute nightmare. No one EVER answers the phone. I have been trying for a month now to get a hold of someone, as I moved out of Deland (thank GOD) and I’m trying to pick up my husband’s mail since he didn’t immediately fill out a change of address form. I showed up to pick up his mail a month ago and they refused to give it to me. They sent me a vacant building. The people here are completely incompetent. It’s unbelievable that this is an operating business in this day and age. At this point I’m going to figure out what to do about checks being withheld from him. This seems illegal to just hold mail and packages when someone is doing their part to retrieve them. All I can say is good luck to those that have to stay in this town and deal with this insanity…

Unfortunately we have to make this review. Our package was erroneously delivered. We spoke with the mailwoman and this office supervisor. The mailwoman recognized her fault. The supervisor mentioned a claim can be processed. Nothing was done and we just lost our package without this office doing anything. We are now concerned about unreliable USPS personnel and service. We are now crossing our fingers every day to receive our mail from USPS.

I love this post office, I've been using it for a long time, and I like both the staff and the post office itself. But the new guy who recently started working there ruined the entire impression of this branch.
Why did we have to part on bad terms? Why couldn't it be amicable?
Why can't people treat others with humanity? And yet we are afraid of neural networks. I think ChatGPT is more humane than some people.

There is a line out the door with people waiting to mail Christmas packages, and there is one person behind the counter. I say again, ONE PERSON. Was here yesterday and there were two people behind the counter, and also a line out the door.

I'm not sure why this post office has such a low rating. I have been served at this particular post office for years, and their service is amazing. The demographics in which they serve they're very patient, they do the best they can because it's also very busy most of the time. They are always smiling and they treat everyone as though they are the only customer. I've never seen them show favoritism. Just not sure why the ratings are low. Is there something needed and it is not in their power to fix it they lead you to the proper place of service.
I think sometimes that customers should reflect on their own behavior before they judge our service people. We as customers can sometimes truly be a pain in the butt! No patience and totally inconsiderate, especially at this time of the year. That is the holiday season. In my book you guys get a five star. Keep smiling and do what you do!

To many prompts on automated service for local post office to find about a seemingly lost registered delivery. I gave up and had to go directly to our post office.
