Long wait in the drive through. I recommend going inside if you're able. Staff is knowledgeable and considerate just can't be in a hurry or you'll be disappointed.

Coming here always takes forever, especially the drive thru! I had to make 3 trips across town because I had a copay card that they didn't even know how to run, and the company had to tell them run it as secondary! And instead of having the person drive around that if they didn't have their medication ready yet to get behind others who possibly had medication ready you sit and you sit and you They get that done that's why it takes so long! And then there hasn't been a person I've met yet behind the counter who Smiled or gave a greeting or a parting nothing..... Only reason I'm here is because my insurance only goes through them. I wish I could go back to CVS.

I've been with Walgreens for a few years now and will always recommend them to everyone. They have awesome customer service and that's including the pharmacy

Understaffed. Wait on phone is upwards of 30 minutes or more. Wait in line at pharmacy is 20 minutes or more even when only a few customers are in line. Simply ridiculous.

I stood in line at the register for 5 minutes while the cashier stood there looking at me across the store and never came up to wait on me so I could pay for my stuff until 2 or 3 other people walked up to the counter I will never go back very unprofessional and very rude

The pharmacy workers at this walgreens are liars who don't care about customer service. My Rx was on backorder somewhere else. I called this pharmacy and they told me they had it for me, so I transferred my Rx to them. I got and email and a phone call that it was filled and ready, but when I went the next day, they had cancelled it without notifying me. They assured me they had it and would fill it. When I went back, they told me they didn't have it but would order it for me, and could get it in 30 days. I was forced to transfer back to my original pharmacy where I was put back on the wait list, at the very bottom. Thanks Walgreens, you absolute liars. Would choose zero stars if I could.
