Today 8/11/25 at 4pm I used the self-checkout, I had a very disappointing experience. The machine needed employee assistance twice while we were scanning, and the credit card reader froze multiple times when we tried to pay. We even switched cards, but the issue persisted until the employee moved us to a different machine, where it worked fine.
The employee assisting us was a white woman who appeared to be in her 50s. Instead of showing patience or professionalism, she rolled her eyes, gave us unfriendly looks, and made it seem like we were the problem when it was clearly the machine malfunctioning. Good customer service means helping with a respectful attitude, especially when equipment is at fault. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

This place always have things that are rotten. Let me tell you I get veggies I open them rotten . Potatoes rotten . I bought a pack of ribs and I’m like what’s that smell when I get home not thinking of it I put my groceries away . I decided to thaw the ribs and wouldn’t you know it the ribs was the stink . You guys need to check your stuff or yall aren’t refrigerating it after it’s being delivered on time

This review is for the pharmacy portion. Have had nothing but issues with them. Had to drive all the way to Orlando to refill my last medication. Just called this morning because I had a dosage change. Lady Pharmacist Tara tells me she doesn’t feel comfortable filling my medication because another pharmacist put it in to be filled on the 12th. What the hell does that even mean?

Good variety of products. Easy parking also has a gas station there with good prices convenient to my home.

The neighbor Wal-Mart has USA Marathon gas station , Vape store, china restaurant and few other little shops connected. The staff seem knowledgeable of the products and services they provide. One thing about about any place. That’s if it’s clean. Like the restroom at lease for the men’s bathroom . I don’t know about you ladies some times. _JPA . They have lots of self checkout lines a few of the old school person registers. Besides clean store I think about the area it’s surround with. I would say easy to get in and out . They have a turnabout and side entrance or exit. They have tennis and park basketball court and skate board / skates. So I would say check out to see what your experience could be if you’re a first timer or well seasoned Walmart shopper. Then let me know in the comments below
