The manager Luis has terrible customer service skills. I am a commercial customer with several accounts here. We never come in the branch and do all our banking online. When we do come in we get nothing as appreciation. I needed a cashiers check and Luis the manage instead on charging a fee. If our fees for transfers and efts and all the other fees are not enough then Screw Wells Fargo!

Been calling for 20mins no answer there night drop box is locked and i need to drop off a deposit. No one will answer its 330 i started calling at 310 im so glad i dont bank with them personaly

I started using this location when I started working up in DeLand. It's definitely one of the nicer branches I've been to and everyone there is so helpful. Elizabeth is normally the one who helps me and she's such a treat to work with.

I would like to know why a parking lot that is clearly marked with several signs stating “TOW AWAY ZONE /WELLS FARGO BANK CUSTOMERS ONLY “ On the weekends and after hours is nothing but a parking lot and hang out for derelicts…. assumed the signs were to keep bank customers safe, as they used the ATM machine on weekends in at night, or making a substantial night drop deposit, which by the way I couldn’t drive my vehicle through the window opening because parked cars were blocking me, I had to get out of my vehicle and walk to the night drop window, very unsafe, very unsecure .If conditions do not improve, and security not enforced we will not be using Wells Fargo in the future

I'm sorry to hear of your bad experiences, at the branch located in New York Ave I've only had great treatment from all the employees, inside the building and drive-thru , fast and friendly, I love going there.

Incredibly long wait times in drive through lanes both at Orange City and DeLand Fl. branches. Tried to find out car loan rate at DeLand branch and was transferred 3 times and put on hold at last transfer. Forget it.

My husband and I switched from Bank of America to Wells Fargo, back when they were still Wachovia, because of how rude the tellers at our local Bank of America were. The tellers at Wells Fargo have always been polite, helpful and friendly. My only complaint, which is why I removed a star, is the painfully slow drive-thru! It somehow manages to be slower than Walmart's checkout line, even with only two cars ahead of you!

Terrible service it takes forever to them to attend to you. Usually if you see two cars in front of you, you think it will take few minutes for your turn. No way it’s usually half an hour for you to get to the window. Also very nasty attitude from their attendant. Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Should be shut down or the whole staff replaced.
