I give them 0 stars they don’t honor their coupons that are sent out. They tell you they update their coupons so you can’t use old ones that are still valid!! They need to honor all emails sent out instead of just saying sorry!! Buy elsewhere!!

Why bother dealing with Petmeds when they constantly call your vets office and your vet wants a heartworm test after you’ve been purchasing Petmeds heartworm for years. I had purchased a refill and PetMeds never sent it and said my vet wants me to come in for bloodwork to make sure my dog doesn’t have heartworm when I’ve been using the medication all along. Why bother buying from Petmeds? you might as well buy from your veterinarian.

Confirmed the cancellation of my order then charged me anyway! Have been on hold for going on 20 minutes. They are apparently focusing on the incorrect billing of billing piece of their business rather than the service piece.

They require to mail, yes mail over envelope, the prescription. In an area of email, phone, AI, using mail to get dog food? Cancelled order. Modernize your process as we are 2025, not the 50s

I called this morning for Bravecto for my 2 pets. This is an autoship order. The rep was the most disrespectful person. She started arguing with me and wont let me talk. Looking for another med provider.

We initiated a prescription with PetMeds in March this year, which was filled and our Vet approved 1 refill good till March2025. This was also documented by PetMeds on its own taped label on the prescription box. Sept. 12th, we received notice from PetMeds our Vet had not approved a refill, though PetMeds had charged our credit card for the refill. After contacting our Vet, I responded to the PetMeds email with information one refill had already been approved and they had documented this on the prescription box. No response. My wife email PetMeds and no response. I called a PetMeds rep. on Sept.14th, and she indicated she would contact their pharmacy and get back to me and no response. I called a PetsMed rep. on Sept. 15th to cancel all together the prescription. I documented my call in an email to PetMeds and no response. On Sept.16th, I received an email from PetMeds, the refill was ready after I had cancelled the day before. In our experience, PetMeds does not respond to written messages and evidently can't read or understand its own documentation.

I wouldn't even give this company 1 star. I ordered heartworm meds for my dog. Never received them after several months and many many calls to customer service, I gave up and ordered from chewy. I received my meds in 2 days. Never ordering from this company ever again.

Placed orderand mailed prescription the same day. A week passes and they say the prescription has not been received. Wwhat a joke. This puts my dog at risk due to this delay. I own this stock, down over 80%, and soild it and willnever use the company again. Avoid! They have really gone down hill.

Terrible service since they switched to UPS for deliveries, which lied and said they tried to delivered when my wife had been waiting for them since 1pm all the way to 6pm when they lied and said they tried to deliver. I am going to do everything I can to get a refund and simply get the Azodyl my cat needs to live somewhere else.

I paid for expedited shipping for medication for my cat. The medication required refrigeration & my power had gone out. PetMed did not package my shipment for 3 days after my order was paid. When I called to ask for a refund of the overnight shipping charges, I was told that there was a notice in "big bold red letters" that the medication would not be shipped on a weekend if it needed refrigeration. When I set up and order & took screen shots to prove that there was no such notice on the order, the customer service simply ended the chat.

This was my go-to online pet medicine place until the past year when they started hiring non-English speaking foreigners who cannot understand anything you're explaining them on the phone. Trying to connect to someone let alone someone who can have a reasonable two-way professional conversation is next to impossible. After five attempts to straighten a simple autoship issue out, I cancelled my orders and will take my business elsewhere even if that means paying a little more. For a job that requires interaction with American (English-speaking) clients aka customer service, it'd be a reasonable idea to hire people who can properly and fluently communicate as such.

I placed my first order and they said it was delivered to my mailbox but I never got it, I tried calling and texting and email and no response back what so ever I asked for a refund and canceled my auto shipping so far no refund and still no response from them they are the worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my life as if the customer doesn’t matter to them at all so I am going to wait a day or two for my refund before I get legal action to get my refund

Does not deserve any stars. Spent hours on phone today and yesterday. Long waits on hold. Then speak to one person that passes you off to the next person, then the next person. Or call and no one answers. Just want my dog's meds. Will say prices are better than the vets but whats the point of they can't fill the order in time. Rarely write reviews but this has been a terrible experience.

I was happy enough getting my dogs meds through the mail with discounts while she was alive but my sweet little **** passed away and I was devastated. I continued to receive reminders of refills etc so I went to my account and deleted my pet, and they offered the prefilled choice for reason, which was deceased. I continued to receive reminders which were very upsetting and so I emailed to company asking to stop and how upset I was.I continued to receive reminders to refill ***** meds so I hopped on the chat and left a message.I continue to receive reminders from the company reminding me only that my sweet **** died and how painful it is. Think about this before you buy anything for your pet.
