This has always been my favorite AAA. Yesterday I was so impressed with their amazing, quick service. The receptionist/photographer Ms. Natalie and the agent Ms. Francine Shapiro were extremely pleasant, helpful, caring, considerate, and professional. They deserve kudos and a raise. They are the best!

Called for a lock out . The AAA rep was the single rudest person I’ve dealt with in the past 50 plus years . I’m also in “ customer service “ ( I’m a surgeon ). The rep we spoke with said my wife didn’t know what she was talking about because she was “ a woman “…YES - he actually said that !!!
I’ve been a member of AAA since 1983; read multiple reviews - 90 % “ one star “, many saying they would give ZERO stars if possible . At the risk of being repetitive : a horrible experience with an unbelievably rude representative . STAY AWAY !!!

Friendly and efficient. Went there for an international driver license (basically a “translation” of your US license). In and out in no time and the passport pics are less expensive that Walgreens or CVS

Excellent service! Patient and clear in explaining benefits. Highly recommend calling Evvie and her team before calling the 800 number! I renewed my membership in AAA only because I was treated like a valued customer for over 25 years ! Thank you!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING AAA TRAVEL SERVICES
The agent, Lela Redick, who helped my girlfriend and I book a vacation in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic was not helpful but misled us. I do not recommend anyone uses this agent or the AAA travel service for the following reasons.
We were searching for an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean or Central America with a travel time from airport to resort of 90 minutes or less. The first problem is AAA’s search software, the agent could not search on adult only resorts within this distance from an airport but had to investigate each on a long list separately to see if adult only and the distance.
We eventually narrowed the search to all inclusive’s in the Dominican Republic. One out of five possible’s was adult only and available for the time we wanted, Riu Republica. Our agent, Lela, told us that we could eat at and use the amenities of 3 other Riu Resorts nearby. This was a great insensitive to us to choose the Republica so we booked. This was not true and had we known it we would not have booked this vacation.
Another fact Lela should have discovered and was not mentioned to us was that the Riu Republica is a young party resort !
LOUD HOUSE MUSIC audible from any of the pools is playing 7 hours a day !

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH AAA!
I recently had an issue with AAA where I called for roadside assistance for a flat repair, and let me tell you my story.
I submitted a roadside assistance request with AAA, they sent one of their 3rd party vendors to facilitate the flat repair of my vehicle. The technician proceeded to jack my car with a floor jack and placed it in the wrong place and caused significant damage. He then repositioned the jack and jacked it up again from the correct position to change the tire.
When I reported the issue to AAA they told me that I had to deal with this damage directly with the vendor. I did not hire this vendor and had no ability to contact them nor did I have any leverage to persuade the vendor to repair the damage. After many calls to AAA they did finally provide the vendor’s phone number.
I contacted the vendor and they will not return my calls and have ignored over 20 calls to them. I have no leverage on this vendor and AAA will not support me in my pursuit to get the damage repaired.
I have been a member of AAA for over 20 years but they still refused to help me to get this vendor to do the right thing and fix the damage they caused.
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH AAA, they will not support you and will hang you out to dry when their shitty vendors cause damage to your vehicle.
BEWARE of AAA they are crooks and are not worth your time or money.

I wish I could rate a zero star. I have been trying to get an issue resolved over 2 months now. Been trying to reach the branch manager for over a week and a half with no call backs. Only get told "Just leave a message and he will call you". This is my last resort trying to reach this specific location my next step will be to go higher and beyond this location. To deal with this and have to chase after and agent and branch manager is ridiculous!!

My story, battery died, they replaced it after about a 4 hour wait. A couple of days later, it died again, waited over 8 hours for service, no show & finally had to call Ford roadside assistance. They came right away.
Ford says the guy who replaced the battery ripped apart the fuse box looking for it, strange. Ford repaired it & $1200 later plus a new battery because the one AAA installed was faulty as well.
Now apparently the service tech from AAA went to Ford service & tried to pay them $700 for the damage he caused. Ford denied it after calling us.
Bottom line, AAA refuses the claim & says we are SOL. The claims adjuster is a snake named Jimmy Pagan who is rude & condescending & refused to take responsibility.
This organization is not what it used to be
