Absolutely a lifesaver! Our regular pharmacy made a critical error, failing to notify us that our order for my daughter's seizure rescue medication had been canceled due to being out of stock. In a panic, I reached out to local pharmacies, and fortunately, Apex Pharmacy came to our rescue. I made the call towards the end of the day on a Friday, and despite the time constraints, they stepped up. Acknowledging the urgency, the pharmacist assured me the medication would be delivered on Monday. He promptly contacted their supplier to ensure everything went smoothly, providing me with the necessary reassurance. This situation was particularly dire as the risk of my daughter having a seizure without access to rescue medication was looming, and a trip to the ER seemed inevitable. We averted a potential crisis thanks to Apex Pharmacy's swift and accommodating response. We thank Hemal from Apex Pharmacy for his exceptional service and commitment to patient well-being.

Tell your Dr. you want all scripts coming here. Cheaper and the staff is….well…. You will see. Incredibly different from the walgreenscvs etc. This is real customer service. My dermatologist next door turned me on to them and I switched all my meds.Can’t recommend them too highly.

Apex pharmacy is the only pharmacy I will use from here on out! When I told Hemmell that one of my medications generic brand was causing me adverse reactions, he kindly took it upon himself to order me a different manufacturer! That is true service! Thank you Apex, for always being reliable in a world full of unreliable service!!!!! You’re much appreciated!

Amazing customer service! During a national shortage of one of my medications the staff went above and beyond to take the time to help me find a replacement medication and contact my doctor. Everyone at Apex was so helpful whereas Walgreens and CVS were useless and rude. Thank you!

I received a prescription from Apex for my elderly father who has now passed and it was delivered to my house. I have spoken on the phone with them a few different times. They answer all my questions and are very professional. If I were local I would run in to see what they have to buy.
