Over all the visit was great, friendly staff, very professional the only negative was I had to wait over 30 minutes they were running behind. Once they called me back they worked quickly and proficiently and explained everything as to what I needed to maintain my oral health

I tried to make an appointment by phone three times and was disconnected all three times. I've been drove to the office on Linton boulevard in Florida to make the appointment. The appointment was made for 4:30 I was not seen until 5:15. I went to that practice with an issue with the denture which was sharp edges on the inside of the denture that was creating pain and cutting the inside of my gums with that pain. She went through this thing about having to evaluate my denture. I said all I want is for her to shave down the sharp edges that were like knife blades cutting into my gums. She said she couldn't help me. I said she was doing me harm by not helping me. She said she did was not doing any harm because she didn't make the denture. What has one thing got to do with another. Her behavior was uncaring unprofessional and unethical and she should not be allowed to have interaction with the public.

Stay away. I actually had to take sometime to cool down before writing this review. I went there for a consultation and exam. They quoted me $15,000.00 for the work they claimed I needed. I was very upset and sad because I was told I needed 3 teeth extracted and implants and a bone graft. Shocking because I have zero tooth pain. Obviously I went for a second opinion to my old dentist. He told me I have no teeth that need extraction I need a filling and 2 crowns. $3400.00. I cannot believe that a company like this can exist in a society with knowledgeable consumers. I’m sad that humans work for a company that is in the business of basically ROBBING people for profit. Stay as far away as you can from them. They will rob you.

Fantastic office and highly recommended! I'm familiar with several Aspen Dental offices that are closer to my house. However, a few years ago, my mom (and also my brother) had a root canal done by Dr. Roger Spott in another office. Dr. Spott was no longer coming to the office near us, so I looked EVERYWHERE to see if he was working in any other office. We found him at the Delray office and had to go there just for him. HE IS THAT AWESOME AND WORTH IT! Perfect root canal, incredible bedside manner. Now, we had never gone to this office before, but it was great. The people working there were attentive, professional, and super nice. The office is well-located, clean, and they even have coffee, which is a super nice touch. It's a pity it is so far from my house. Otherwise, we all would go there immediately!

From walking in AnnLee greeted us and was friendly. Jo and Pholycia answered questions and understood our dental needs. Dr Waseem took great care of my teeth. After the dental needs we sat down with Michelle the office manager and she helped us set up our next appts and go through any financial plans. Everyone was patient, kind and well informed. I would recommend them!

I booked an emergency appointment on their website yesterday for 9 o'clock this morning and they told me they have no available appointments when I have a confirmation until 2 o'clock today. When I asked the girl why their front door says emergency walk-ins welcome in the website advertises emergency, walk-ins, welcome and then they don't even on our website appointment made.

Bedside manner is disgusting! how they treat their patients is appalling. they rip off their customers and have the nerve to be rude and obnoxious. do not go to these people they will bill you for stuff they don’t do. when it’s their own mistakes.

The worst , unproffessional , incompetent, customer service ,ever changing staff of dentists and assistants a total revolving door of staff here. I went in for a crown and found out my regular dentist no longer was a there , i got service from a fill in dentist from Miami that told me he had recently immigrated from Cuba last year but had his license to practice in Fl. The dentist prepared the tooth for the new crown but i am still waiting 5 weeks later for the new crown to arrive. During this time I have been scheduled twice to have it installed and both times it was cancelled and the only way I found out was for me to constantly call for status update . There is no communication at all from this office your on your own to confirm appts. The. crown is supposedly coming next week 6th week , dont know who the dentist will be if it even is a dentist . What a mistake . STAY AWAY

Aspen dental has great customer service, and very accommodating staff. They were courteous. When it came to payments and billing they offered payment plans and made sure you were comfortable and understood the breakdown of any services you were receiving.

Every visit so far has been great! About as great as going to the dentist can be anyway. ? The staff are always on time, professional, explain every detail patiently and do a great job. I highly recommend Aspen Dental Delray Beach!
