Marco is AWESOME! His professionalism and customer service is exceptional. He was able to help me file a claim with insurance, then when the phone arrived he walked me through step-by-step on how to set it up. Having phone issues is stressful, but I felt well taken care of and in good hands. Highly recommend.

My experience at the AT&T store was exemplary!! Marco went above and beyond to help me. He set up my new phone seamlessly, showed me all the new functions, and delivered amazing customer service. When I went back a few days later, he erased my old phone to turn in and put on a new screen protector on my new phone. I will stay loyal to this AT&T store as a result of my amazing experience with Marco! He is a stellar and extremely helpful employee!
