I had a horrible experience with this store. It took over four hours to upgrade my phone and watch. And this is at the store - I am not counting the time to correct what the store created wrong in my account. They didn't have the watch I wanted in stock and the manager, Tiffany had to go to another store (Boynton) to get the phones I was trying to purchase. I was asked about buying an upgraded "air fi" for my condo and thank goodness I didn't as I was later told by an ATT technician it would not work in the type of building I have due to the blocked cellular signals and the concrete building. To top off this whole debacle, one of the watches I ordered had the wrong color band from what I ordered. When it was brought back to the store to exchange and let them know, they said, it would cost a restocking fee because I opened the box ($55 fee). I asked how could I know it was the wrong band color if I didn't open and was then told to just switch it with the one I currently had (which was white and what I wanted - but I wanted a new band). Needless to say I left and when I tried to set up the watch I was told by the ATT techs, the apple tech (I visited the apple store) that whoever had sold me the watch had not set up the accounts correctly and it was causing a problem loading the watch. After a few hours of my time on the phone, the techs suggested I not use that store anymore due to all the issues created with the account. I could not agree with them more. It is a true "train wreck" with the folks running it right now.

I worked at this store as a sales rep for about 3 months and I learned a few things, this is a dealership not an ATT, management would have us the sales rep add on things to customers accounts without their knowledge in order to make more money on the sales of the phone lines. countless times people would return a month later asking why their bill wasn’t what they agreed to and we were told send them to a corporate store to fix their bill. These people are very sketchy I don’t recommend going to this store or any of the USA wireless stores. Go to a corporate store you will be better serviced.

Excellent service from Joseph! He was very nice and inviting. As soon as I came in the store he helped me solve my issue within 10 minutes of being there and ultimately saved me quite a bit of money helping me straighten out a claim to repair my phone. Great customer service at the store, thank you, Joseph!

If you can avoid using AT&T do so at all costs. This is the absolute worst service I have ever experienced, from sales all the way to customer service they do not know how to communicate and have gave me wrong information time and time again. I order AT&T Air which they sold me on and they end up sending me the wrong equipment. I made several trips to the store and they continued to not be honest with me and lie to get me on a plan. I have not have internet for several days now , I own a business and cant afford to miss phones calls or messages but here we are. I made a phone call to customer service and got 40 phone calls from there sales department in 3 days trying to sell me a service I already had. I went to this specific location and they told me to go to their competitor haha. What an absolute horrible experience avoid at all costs. Still no internet

My rep was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything I wanted to know about my purchae and future purchases. I am a long time customer of AT&T and very satisfied with their service. ????

Staff has no idea to help with issuse with any phone. I went there and they didnt do a thing to help me. At&t is not worth anybodys time. AT&t dosen't help peole, they steal you money every month. All of at&t is a horrible company. If you have them o feel sorry for you

I was in a rush to process a trade for an upgrade and visited this store. This is one of two stores, with the correct information, that I visited in the area. If you need to upgrade a line, trade in a phone, and probably anything else, go here or Glades & 441.

Unfortunately, the team at this location can not help you with an android phones, they informed me they are only knowledgeable about iPhones, unless you want to buy a new Android. This used to be my "go to" location, they suggested I go to an AT&T location with Android knowledgeable staff. So sad, I'm moving away from AT&T service. SIMPLE, if you can't provide "service" then you lose your long time customers.

i’m doing 1 star because if I could I would give y’all 0. here’s my experience-story: I was there on Saturday to solve some issues with my account, Eddie, the manager, was “ TRYING ” to solve my problem while adding extra lines to my account which i never asked for in the first place. I tried telling him to STOP adding lines but he insisted that he will. THIS IS A SCAM; I’ve never been treated this way before and trust me. I would like to request Coorporate to review the actions of the manager since he was unprofessional, unethical and totally wrong. If something isn’t done about this issue I’ll keep complaining to the higher ranks and get this guy fired because his incompetence doesn’t go well with rational and thinking-people. On the bright side of things, the staff was great, they were welcoming and warm but the managers seems to be the greater issue there, I don’t think his managing skills are up-to-standards.

Phenomenal experience at this location. They were very quick and efficient with helping me transfer my data over from my IPhone 13 to the 15. Andres helped me and explained everything in great detail to help me understand my upgrade. The manager came over to ask me if I needed any help as well, I believe his name was Christian. Overall I was very happy and will continue to go to this store in the future!!

Just signed up for my service yesterday. Got the most expensive business account that they have. Although my phone is a 5G they neglected to tell me I won't get 5G service on their network. So I spent about 3 hours on the phone last night with tech support and I was googling the issue I was having and it turns out I provided the information not at&t. They did not deny it. So here I have the most expensive business plan you can get and I only get 4G and it buffers all the time. I will be canceling service in 2 days. The very first day I signed up for this service I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support. Downloaded the app which does not work at all! I'm on the phone again with tech support because I have zero bars I have a Samsung Galaxy a42 and I promise you it's not the phone. Now I find out they didn't put the account in my corporate name although I signed up for the business account I even brought in the paperwork from my old account so they could copy it. I'm not going to be able to declare this on my taxes because it's in my personal name and not my corporation! Strike five
