Staff has no idea to help with issuse with any phone. I went there and they didnt do a thing to help me. At&t is not worth anybodys time. AT&t dosen't help peole, they steal you money every month. All of at&t is a horrible company. If you have them o feel sorry for you

I was in a rush to process a trade for an upgrade and visited this store. This is one of two stores, with the correct information, that I visited in the area. If you need to upgrade a line, trade in a phone, and probably anything else, go here or Glades & 441.

Unfortunately, the team at this location can not help you with an android phones, they informed me they are only knowledgeable about iPhones, unless you want to buy a new Android. This used to be my "go to" location, they suggested I go to an AT&T location with Android knowledgeable staff. So sad, I'm moving away from AT&T service. SIMPLE, if you can't provide "service" then you lose your long time customers.

i’m doing 1 star because if I could I would give y’all 0. here’s my experience-story: I was there on Saturday to solve some issues with my account, Eddie, the manager, was “ TRYING ” to solve my problem while adding extra lines to my account which i never asked for in the first place. I tried telling him to STOP adding lines but he insisted that he will. THIS IS A SCAM; I’ve never been treated this way before and trust me. I would like to request Coorporate to review the actions of the manager since he was unprofessional, unethical and totally wrong. If something isn’t done about this issue I’ll keep complaining to the higher ranks and get this guy fired because his incompetence doesn’t go well with rational and thinking-people. On the bright side of things, the staff was great, they were welcoming and warm but the managers seems to be the greater issue there, I don’t think his managing skills are up-to-standards.

Phenomenal experience at this location. They were very quick and efficient with helping me transfer my data over from my IPhone 13 to the 15. Andres helped me and explained everything in great detail to help me understand my upgrade. The manager came over to ask me if I needed any help as well, I believe his name was Christian. Overall I was very happy and will continue to go to this store in the future!!

Just signed up for my service yesterday. Got the most expensive business account that they have. Although my phone is a 5G they neglected to tell me I won't get 5G service on their network. So I spent about 3 hours on the phone last night with tech support and I was googling the issue I was having and it turns out I provided the information not at&t. They did not deny it. So here I have the most expensive business plan you can get and I only get 4G and it buffers all the time. I will be canceling service in 2 days. The very first day I signed up for this service I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support. Downloaded the app which does not work at all! I'm on the phone again with tech support because I have zero bars I have a Samsung Galaxy a42 and I promise you it's not the phone. Now I find out they didn't put the account in my corporate name although I signed up for the business account I even brought in the paperwork from my old account so they could copy it. I'm not going to be able to declare this on my taxes because it's in my personal name and not my corporation! Strike five

Me and my elderly mother came to this store because we were paying a lot at Verizon for my line and my mothers. I worked with Evan and Stacey and they were so kind and patient in helping us come to att and get on their 55+ plan. I highly recommend seeing them if you go.

5 star service at this store. Was greeted by Steven who spent nearly 3 hours upgrading my phone, installing all apps, and setting up my Samsung wallet before I left the store. The patience and customer service with this young man was refreshing, and appreciated beyond words. Thank you Steven. Your a tremendous asset to this store.

My family and I switched to ATT in November with the goal of bringing down our phone bill by bundling it with our ATT fiber connection. I explained multiple times to the rep, Johnny , that I was moving abroad and that I would essentially put my ATT service on hold, so I did not need a new phone; It was my family's service that was most important. He explained that there was a trade-in promotion, in which a new phone would essentially come out free, but it required that I keep my service for 2 months while abroad, pay $100 p/month for international coverage, and pay off the phone after. I was assured by three different reps, including the manager that this would not affect the trade-in credit I would receive over the next 36 months, a total of $800. It seemed like a good deal, so I got the new phone2 months after, I did exactly what they said, I paid off the phone completely and called ATT to put my service on hold. However, when I explained the situation to customer service, the rep informed me that by paying off the phone, it automatically cancelled the trade-in credit. He sympathized with my situation and told me I should go to the branch to resolve this.Since I am abroad, my father went to the branch to speak to Johnny and the rest of the people who assisted us, but instead he found out that all personnel in that branch was relocated due to customer complaints of unethical practices to meet sales goals. We experienced this ourselves during the switch when Johnny asked us to sign up for insurance for 14 days so that he would get some sales credit. The branch reps informed my father that I needed to call the loyalty line.Since then, I have called the loyalty twice. Both times leading to multiple hour conversation with lots of sorry's, but no solution whatsoever. Each time, they say they will bring someone to assist, but that never happens, and they just leave me on hold until I have to hang up.Putting aside the 4-5 hours it took to switch, the service at the branch was absolutely disgusting.

Came in at about 5pm, and were ignored at first despite three employees actively (and obviously) browsing memes on their phones.Finally we were greeted rather rudely, told a phone that did qualify for a trade didn't qualify (we had to look it up ourselves online)Then sat us at a table, and ignored for 30 minutes, when I tried to get someone's attention, they ignored me the first three times I tried to get it. He was distracted by something he found funny on his phone.The entire time this was happening, there was another man actively talking down to an elderly woman as she tried to understand her new phone setup. He then proceeded to shout aggressively at her from across the store when she had more questions, before making her call AT&T customer service anyway (begging the question as to why the store exists in the first place)I've had better experiences at other stores, with employees who don't talk down to you. Don't come here.

Sitting in the store now. Only two associates working on a Saturday during the holidays. Line is growing longer by the minute. Nobody available to sign you in. No bathrooms available to customers. So far we have waited 30mins and still have 2 customers ahead of us. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

Tracy was great to work with. She was very informative and helpful in purchasing a new phone. We had issues activating an old phone and Tracy worked on the issue for 4 hours to figure it out!
