Visiting this store today in an attempt to get a replacement battery for my vehicle. Young gentleman was helping me going over my options and went out to look at the battery in my car. Never tested it. Then he brought me inside to select one to purchase. As he was going over the options an older and grumpy sales associate spoke in Spanish to him and they went back outside to look at the battery in my car. Speaking Spanish again he told the younger man that he couldn’t do the installation as it would take too long. This was at 6:30 when they close at 9 pm. Very dissapointed so I left and told them I would go down the street to their competition - Advanced Auto Parts. Which is did and 30 minutes later had my new battery in my car installed.

I came at 7:50pm and kindly ask for check engine light and the the big guy who behind the register he told me that they are not doing at night time:))))

I arrived at this store and found 3 employees doing nothing. A girl was singing and two other guys didn't even come to help me. My car had a dead battery, but it was still under warranty. After I explained the situation, a guy called Scott confirmed that the battery was in stock but that he could not replace it as it was a very complicated procedure. It's strange that last year when I bought the battery in Sunrise, the clerk, even though he didn't have much skill, took an hour to change the battery, but in this store in Delray Beach, laziness and abandonment in serving the customer seems to be a normal procedure. This was on a Sunday and there was no one in the store. Better they stay talking and singing in peace. I will never step foot in that store again. Lazy.

I came to have my battery changed on my car the representative Eric was very helpful and courteous to me. Change my battery with no problems. I would recommend this AutoZone to anybody.

My day started so miserably. My car wouldn't start, I was able to get it to Autozone. Within 5 minutes, Noah tested my battery, starter and alternator and was able to determine fix me up and get me on my way. Very knowledgeable, considerate and was a pleasure. They saved my day!
