EDWILLMER the manager and a nice young gentleman. Save the day! I ordered pads and rotors kit online from auto zone. The rear size that was sent was incorrect! My mechanic couldn't install. The staff jump right in to help. I was surprised. Customer service was top tier. Thank you so much!

Recently I visited Auto Zone on Federal Hwy, and I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. Ed and Keny were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed for my vehicle. Not only did they answer all my questions, but they also provided helpful advice on installation and maintenance.
I also appreciated the friendly and professional attitude of the staff – they went above and beyond to ensure I left satisfied.
I would highly recommend Auto Zone to anyone in need of auto parts or expert advice. Their exceptional customer service and quality products make them my go-to store from now on!

I had the best experience at Autozone - I went in for help with some car issues and, being completely unfamiliar with cars, I needed an idea of what was going on before having it serviced. A gentleman named Joseph Martin assisted me, and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but I was also impressed by his leadership skills. He was able to guide and support his coworkers without causing any delays in helping me. He also got my car fixed up and working great, which I really appreciated. As a woman, I often feel hesitant about car repairs due to the stigma of being taken advantage of, but Mr. Martin made me feel completely comfortable and respected. He made me feel like I had someone trustworthy on my side. Because of the exceptional service I received, Autozone will always be my first stop for anything car related.

I recently visited this location and received top-notch service from Stephen and Joe. After testing my battery, Stephen efficiently installed a new one, getting me back on the road in just 20 minutes. Hughes went above and beyond to help me in multiple ways this morning. I first purchased the wrong size steering wheel cover. When I went back inside to return it, he came to the isle with the covers, showed me the different sizes, then came outside to help me install the cover. I was SURE it wouldn’t fit, but he didn’t give up. With his strength and perseverance, he got the cover on, then made sure the exchange was done properly, as the first cover was more expensive then the first. You have a REALLY AMAZING MAN working for you guys!!! He made my day!!!

Auto zone: a man by the name of Peter was a very big help today.
It's employees like him that keeps me coming to business like this.
I've been to other auto store and they weren't as nice as Mr Peter
