Mobil deposit app for weeks keeps pushing back deposit after accepting two side pictures saying unable to complete transaction at this time try later . Called and deflected problem to another 800 phone number to start the process all over again account number, Password etc. how many time do we have to identify our self to get anything done!!!

We wanted to say THANK YOU to the wonderful Jennifer Ferguson at Bank of America in Delray Beach!! ? Her customer service alone is worth 10 stars even! ⭐️ She was absolutely delightful to work with, super attentive, and kind when it came to our situation! Her expertise and knowledge cannot be matched! She's the best!! ?We had some issues, and an error from the bank regarding some of our new accounts with BofA, and she made sure to see our problems resolved to the end! ?She treated our problem as if it was her problem too, and didn't shirk us off, unlike a few employees, or even the manager at this location ? We even considered leaving this bank after the way they treated us.But Jennifer really took the time to listen to our concerns, eased our worries, and helped solve our problems diligently, and efficiently! You can tell she really cares for the customer, loves her job, and stands behind the values of BofA, and it shows in her work ethic! She's a gem!! ?When you come to the location, GO TO Jennifer!! You will not be disappointed!! ?We will ONLY come to this location just to see Mrs. Jennifer Ferguson!! Because of her, we will be clients of hers for a long time! Thank you for all your hard work and your stellar customer service! ✨️

Jennifer Ferguson helped my family so much when we went in. One of our accounts was frozen due to suspected fraud (even though it was legitimate). Jennifer helped us navigate the fraud department even though it wasn't her area and put her foot down several times with the call operators to get us answers. The issue isn't resolved yet but we're getting much closer thanks to her. Thank you so much, Jennifer!

Absolutely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I spent over an hour waiting on call to speak to a representative only to have them hang up the phone on me 3+ times. I truly hope that Bank of America can fix their unruly customer service wait times.

I am a returning customer after years and WOW the best banking experience. Jennifer Ferguson was so hopeful and cool and friendly. She made me laugh during a time of crisis while making the setup of my checking account so simple. AND I get financial advice. The app rocks too. This place is huge with tons of parking and ATMs so I say YAY to it all. Debbie the GM is really nice and helpful as well.

Second time I’ve been in this location. The line was practically out the door. They have one teller and two “managers” who could only do a small select number of functions. I’ve waited over 15 minutes each time. I don’t understand why two of the employees who just stand around can’t serve as a teller. I will never go back to this location

They try there best but they only have one or 2 tellers open. They are trying to get rid of tellers in favor of online banking. The tellers are very polite
