This store is always stocked with the newest scents, is clean, and has friendly, helpful employees. The location is convenient, right off of Federal in a strip mall with plenty of free parking and other stores of interest nearby.

Great experience. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I was helped by a woman named Jackie and she was just as pleasant as could be. The woman who checked me out, unfortunately i didn’t get her name, was also the sweetest. This location is so nice and friendly. Thank you :)

As some other reviews have stated, the customer service here is terrible. They will sell you the product but if you have any exchanges/returns/issues after the fact they are AWFUL. They do not follow corporate policy and when calling customer service I was told to go to a different location because this location was not properly representing bath and body works (had no issues at the other location, very easy exchange that followed the policy). I highly encourage anyone who used to shop here to try Boynton, Boca, or Deerfield beach as they have the same (or more) products for the same price and are much nicer if any issues come up.

Went there today, I should preface this comment with the fact that I have always been a huge supporter of this location This is where I buy all of my products and I have always been a very loyal customer of this brand. I bought their strawberry shortcake candle for Valentine's Day and on my third usage, and believe me I know how to use these candles follow the protocol and I have never ever ever had an issue before, on the 3rd lighting last night the plastic that they had put for decoration on the outside of the candle of this model started to melt smoke and almost caused a fire luckily I'd never leave my candles on supervised. I took it back to the store today so they would be aware only to receive the most disgusting and deplorable customer service. The girl at the cash register looked at me and said so what, I looked at her she's like well we're not going to give you a refund I said I'm not here for a refund I don't expect a refund or do I want a refund but I do want you to know that this is happening so you can keep your customers safe. Her response was tell the manufacturer we just sell the product. They do not care absolutely do not care about their customer safety this location is disgusting her immediate reaction was that I wanted a refund can you imagine? I know I had used the candle I loved the candle What I cared about was the safety What I learned today is that this location is only interested in making the sale not about customer service the entire situation could have been treated so differently they could have apologized they could have looked at my account to see that I was an extremely loyal and valuable customer. Instead they were disrespectful and ignorant and I will never shop at this location again I will drive out of my way to the glades location and I'm not even sure that given the fact that if the staff of the organization behaves this way the truth is they probably don't care about their customer safety so maybe I need to rethink brand altogether.

I always have a great experience when I come to this store because the staff are super friendly and the store is clean and organized! Today was especially fun because a wonderful female associate Eden? chatted with me about local events while I shopped. Then Rami “the saint” helped my daughter use her gift cards after she accidentally Apple paid. He has a super relaxed manner that helps when customers are stressed. If you see these two you are in great hands

This is by far my FAVORITE location! Very large store and the employees are wonderful! Renee was especially helpful today, and helped me the entire time I was in the store with everything I needed. She truly went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service!!

What a wonderful store. The manager today Jackie( I think is her name) is so kind and passionate about her store and the product. All the workers have been so nice, I love coming in here. It's a nice place to shop and get away from the craziness of our world. I wish I could remember all the coworkers names I've met but they're all great. P.s the halloween set up was amazing, cheers!

Wow there are super stars working here. Today their names are Remi & a beautiful young lady I'm mad her name was forgotten by my dumb brain. Recently relocated from San Diego and been looking for my new B&BW. So happy this location has such wonderful staff. Today the two staff members that helped me were so knowledgeable friendly I felt like I wanted to spend all day in there!!! Since moving to Florida it's really been a mess as far as customer service is concerned.

The staff at this location are extremely helpful. I was overwhelmed yesterday with purchasing gifts for Mothers Day. Remi was the cashier, If it was not for him, I would not have gotten the gifts I needed. There was no line, so he tòok my phone to help me navigate through to claim my rewards. He was very patient with me. Also, Ricki demonstrated customer service. He also was patient in assisting me to find and also with patient returning to the shelf products I changed my mind on. Both staff displayed perfect customer services! Thanks and Job well done✔️ A+

I was there yesterday and a wonderful employee named Remi assisted me. The woman who was at the register was totally overwhelmed. They were busy and apparently she wanted to leave so he jumped in with a calm and friendly manner and took over and everyone in line calmed down as well. I hope he’s a manager because I ran a floor of nurses as a nursing manager and he’s a real team player who created a win-win situation. I actually bought more than I would have with the woman that was “helping “ me and spent more but left happier and believing I got a great deal and isn’t that what all customers really want, the best deal! He’s a real asset to the company and to the customers.
