This jewelery store is truly a hidden gem! Beautiful selection at more than fair pricing. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service.

I took a 10ct gold chain to have latch fixed, he broke the chain and said it was not able to be fixed. Now have to find a real jeweler to repair what he broke and the original repair. Would never go into his store again. Terrible jeweler!!!!!

Kept calling my .999 silver that has already tested and passed “phony” and “government” silver and kept saying the weights weren’t correct. Not to mention a jewelry that can’t do simple mental math isn’t to be trusted anyway.

Just trying to get my watch sized and he keeps trying to sell me this $5000 bracelet and holding my watch and not sizing it. I won’t do business here again.

World class fine jewelry store. The owner Bennie was a delight to work with and designed such an amazing piece we will treasure for a lifetime!

Ruined my friend's ring!! My friend brought her deceased husband's ring to get an engraving and not only did they mess up the first time, but when they attempted to redo it, they erased the original 50 year old engraving! So now they are left with an engraving that looks like a 2nd grader wrote it, and the original engraving is gone forever. Didn't even offer to refund her. Disgusting.

Like the rest of the reviews, this guy is rude. We shouldn't support this kind of business. I went in for a simple watch resizing and he decided to lecture me about what I don't know after asking my opinion on resizing watches. If you think you know better, just do it. Don't ask my opinion and then call me a cabrone? I almost let it go, like he an old man trying to joke around, but after seeing these reviews it was very clear he's not very good at customer service and just likes to bully people. There's other places.

These people are crooks. He wanted to sell me a watch for $200 that was a $50. He wanted to buy my watches for $200. Philip Stein and several Michele watches. When I told him to give me my watches back he tried to hold on to one the Michele watches, not thinking I would know.I was so upset. Now I see that other customers have had even worse experiences.THE POLICE SHOULD BE CALLEDYou two should be ashamed of yourself. I pray your business goes out of business. LIARS

Benny and Zippy are two of the nicest people I have ever met. The jewelry service and quality are top notch. They even buy jewelry at top dollar. I highly recommend this shop and I’m a very picky customer!

I don't understand why there are negative reviews for this place... Bellagio has upscale jewelry at competitive prices. Also, you can bring jewelry there to sell or consign. Benny and Zippy are wonderful to work with. Besides shopping, I've also brought jewelry for repair, and have sold old pieces I wasn't wearing anymore. In every case, I was treated with utmost respect, provided with honest assessments, and given 5 star treatment with my repairs. I've been visiting Bellagio for 5 years now in 2 locations and will continue to do so. This is my preferred jeweler. You should go to the shop yourself and see what I mean rather than reading bogus reviews. Just sayin'

In the middle of the summer I gave Benny three pieces, a set, a pin and 2 earrings, to take on consignment. Couple of months later I came in and Benny showed them to me in his case and when I asked to take them back he talked me into letting him keep them a little longer for the season here in Florida to start. Last week I went in and they weren't in the case anymore and then Benny didn't remember a thing about them. Said I must have taken them back but I didn't. Obviously Benny sold them and is now refusing to give me the money. I would be very careful about giving Benny anything...just a warning to our community.
