NOTICE!! First of all, say that this store is an independent franchise and the rules and policies are their own, not those of the company.
Second, I want to report the behavior and inappropriate situation on the part of Miss Sofía, one of the shop assistants. My husband and I bought an esim that did not activate correctly, it is normal sometimes it happens, so I went to the store to solve the problem. Say too that We are not from the US, we are from Canada and Spain (foreigners here) and we need to report the fact of this lady, she did a bad job:
1. She entered random and unasked information about my profile into the system, something illegal in my country.
2. She herself did not remember the verification answers (the information before), so it became impossible for customer service to help us with the activation of the esim.
3. She took control and did not provide us with a PIN, which was the other way to solve the problem.
4. The worst of all was the treatment, not only did she insult the ladies on the customer service line, but when I refused to continue and asked for my refund. She started yelling at me "Get out of my store" and called the police.
The police had to come 3 times because I couldn't access the store and Sofía had taken my phone case and my physical SIM from Spain.
It was 3 days of frustration and helplessness because we are not from here and we felt like we had been scammed.
Finally I want to say that in the end it was solved thanks to the saleswoman Zee, a very polite, kind and willing lady to help. The reviews about her are real and maybe the store's service is too. With my review I only want to denounce Sofía's inappropriate behavior and denounce her treatment.
PS: Mr. Manager, if you read this, I hope you look at the video cameras and can see for yourself how I was treated and reconsider what kind of employee you have in your store.

I have always had a pleasant time coming to this store. Today a young man helped me and my daughter both get new phones. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and his customer service skills are excellent! It’s not often that young people actually care about “the customer” but this gentleman went above and beyond! I wish I had asked him his name but my rude self forgot :( Hopefully his boss reads this and gives the cute young guy with lots of tattoos a raise because he is exceptional!!!! Thank you! In a world where customer service is pretty much finished, this employee (named Z or Zee), was the single most attentive, patient and knowledgeable person I have met in the cell phone business in the last 25 years. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the way she handled Mint Mobile for me and helped to bring a nightmare to an end in dealing with their version of "customer care". It is rare to feel this impressed by any company in any industry these days, but I cannot recommend a location more than this one.

I had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from a young lady at Boost Mobile, and I believe her name is Zee. She is truly the embodiment of great customer service!

Great customer service from new rep came and right away zee noticed that phone I was band aiding together was no good so zee gave me good options and told I could go with a different phone keep my same number! Such a delight! Compared to fadel kept giving me the run around and ripping me off. Today I came in with problem and zee the new rep took care of it. I suggest we give her a chance! Fadel ran away all of my family and friends, he was cocky and comfortable and ripping people off, so I say good riddance! Happy to have Zee there!
