I am a Capital One Bank customer and no branches in my state- but this is the best of both! I can bank and get great coffee or lunch. It makes the drive worth it.

As for the staff here, they are really professional and friendly. This pertains to the experience when calling the customer service number. I don’t recommend the Capital One card. I placed a dispute and the dispute was poorly managed in my opinion. The communication was poor and absent at times on the part of Capital One. Each time I would call in, something different was told me to me. Very frustrating experience. Time lapsed and I was unaware of additional information that was needed for the dispute. The merchant did not even respond to a dispute and still Capital One will not honor my dispute stating there is a 90 day time period for which all documents need to be received. My account was paperless and there was never an email, letter sent in the mail, or a phone call to follow up on the dispute. I called last week and the representative requested that I send in the documents again. I called today and was told that dispute cannot be honored because it has been beyond 90 days. Yet the representative last week is asking me to send in more paperwork. Each time I called something different was said. The manager said today they will use my feedback for training. I am almost certain that if a customer didn’t pay their credit card a letter would be sent in the mail. As for the dispute the attitude was dismissive.Instead of communicating with me with another method, Capital One just sat back and waited for time to lapse. All they had to do was send me a letter or email. That was too much to ask.After sending everything in that was necessary, I called to check on the status. Then I was told a questionnaire was needed. Something that was not communicated to me by the previous representative. I asked for this to be sent in the mail. I never received it.Every manager has done nothing to make this right. Training of the staff and professionalism is not the responsibility of the customers. Have a process and follow it. The representative today told me the last time I called was in January! What a joke. I just spoke with someone last week.If management from one of the cafes would like to call customer service on my behalf to help me and validate the poor manner for which this was addressed I would appreciate this. I will be glad to remove this review.The representative last week told me to resend my written dispute and supporting documents again just to get me off the phone when there was never any intention of assisting me. The supervisor today told me nothing can be done. So why tell me to spend my time to resend everything???I rarely place a dispute and the times that I have with another company, there was a fair resolution within a month and the communication was efficient and effective. Capital one has been a complete disappointment. What is more disappointing than the money lost due to this dispute is the poor customer service.

I went to this location to I quirre about an expedited delivery for a replacement card. I was helped immediately. A call was made and I was able to get the faster delivery. The interaction was delightful and quick. I got a coffee as well and was pleased with the taste.

I had a great experience this morning. Aquellah, the batista girl provided great customer service, was very friendly and overall made the atmosphere awesome. I definitely liked seeing her make my drink from scratch. The end results looked great and tasted great. A+ all around ?

DISASTER! I had just opened Capital One accounts online. I needed to convert them into Trusts. I filled out the forms and took them to Capital One location in Delray. I was told that the location no longer accepts forms. Apparently, customers drive over an hour to find out they wasted their time. The workers at the store were not sympathetic, didn't care, etc.

Love this place! The service from the staff is great and the service from the bank ever better. Always relaxing and watching puppies sitting next to you is also a plus. And they keep the bathrooms locked now so there is not an unwanted element at anytime. A great big thank you!!

What a great find and even though I’m a Capital One cardholder I’ve never been here before. They have really great coffee. I tried the lavender honey latte iced, which had such a great blend of flavors and was refreshing. We also had a Cortada that wasn’t too sweet and just the right size for an afternoon pick me up. It’s a great atmosphere for relaxing or grabbing a quick cup of Joe. They offer meeting spaces and have banking support areas. It’s very comfortable and if you’re a Capital One card holder and pay with your card, you get a deep discount. That might be a temporary promotion so check first.Overall, it definitely rivals Starbucks and the prices are great.

I love this place. Unique coffees and lattes wonderful staff and an amazing place to get work done. As a breastfeeding mommy I was able to duck away in one there meeting rooms to feed my baby and enjoy my latte. I love it here

I realize it is a bank first (and second) but it a shame they got rid of Peets coffee. That is a great coffee and partner for Cap One. Peets was replaced with a generic brand with average taste at best. More expensive and smaller cups. Bring back Peets please!

Very nice place in a prime location right in the middle of the Ave in Delray Beach. Friendly, helpful banking assistants and great coffee etc discounted to members.

I opened my account a week ago at this bank, it is totally different from everything I was used to with other banks, the app is incredible but since I am new, I came here to ask for help and clarify doubts, I was very well attended, they answered all my questions and I even got two free drink coupons, one for me and one for my wife, we ended up staying here for a while having a coffee and eating a sandwich. nice place to have a coffee.Kid-friendliness: I want to come back here with my daughter, because there are toys for children, she will love it
