Are you still in business? We have left multiple messages over the last 3 weeks no reply. Over the last 2 years we have sent in documentation to remove vehicles from our policy. This was never done by your agency, so we have been paying for cars we no longer own. We have contacted cooperate and filed a formal complaint.

I have been with this agent since around 2012, but in recent years, the quality of service and accessibility has gone down considerably. So much so that I am planning on switching agents. Calls go to nondescript voicemail boxes so you have no clue who your leaving the message for and e-mails go unanswered. This year I got an increase of almost $300 for six months and while I get that everything is going up, I would at least like some explanation as to why. I can’t reach anyone and messages and e-mails go unanswered. At this juncture, I would not recommend this agency.

Changed from Citizens to Allstate Home Insurance. This office contacted a citizens, canceled Citizens Policy and received a $450 refund check. This done in one visit and handled very efficiently.

So far , so good. When I called for a flat tire the boy who came couldn't find the tire in the chassey under the car. He said he wasn't allowed to plug it. I begged him to, and paid him extra to do it. He did, but it all seemed weird and inexperienced. That's why not 5 star.

I’ve been a member for many years. I never had any problems with Allstate. Every six months I receive my policy and my cards through email.I remember once loading my trunk and I left my keys inside and close the trunk. I called, they came, they unlocked my trunk. Very fast and professional.They are always there when I need them. I also receive a refund check every six month.
