For over two decades, my husband and I have maintained multiple accounts with Chase Bank, choosing this institution for its proven track record of professionalism and reliability.
On Wednesday, February 26, 2025, I experienced a deeply concerning incident at 4899 W. Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach, FL. What should have been a routine transaction devolved into an extremely distressing situation.
Upon requesting a withdrawal from a teller, Sasha, I encountered an unexpectedly hostile response. When attempting to escalate the matter to management, I was met with further unprofessional behavior. After knocking on an office door, I was rudely dismissed by someone who claimed to be a client, who responded with profanity. More troubling still, when the branch manager became involved, she failed to de-escalate the situation and instead contributed to the hostile environment.
This experience stands in stark contrast to the high standards I've come to expect from Chase over the past 20+ years. The unprofessional conduct displayed by both the staff, and the apparent lack of proper management intervention was both humiliating and unacceptable.
If Sasha had done her job properly, she could have prevented this whole fiasco.

Had questions about app usage and Amazon Chase card. The employee didn’t know the answer? Maybe some training on usage and not just selling card offers etc.

I have banked here for 15 yrs and they have a lady there that is do rude and cold and short with her comments. Her name is Jeana and I will not go back to this bank again. I might even transfer banks. If u need help and go in there, u stand there forever and no one helps u. I hate this bank

Very inexperienced and unwilling to help me open a bank account to deposit over 6k after providing birth certificate, Green Card, Passport and Social ID card. Decided to go to 4775 Linton Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33445 where they were able to assist me faster and better. Thanks again to their lack of customer service, I was quickly reminded how this location robbed me $400 throught the drive-thru. This bank is a mess and keep wasting people's time and money.
