Just when I thought customer service doesn't exist anymore, I walked into the Delray Marketplace branch of Chase, yesterday. More importantly, not only did I have $0 deposited in Chase when I walked in, but shortly after I was greeted by Aniqua, she learned that I would not be depositing any money in the future. My point is that despite these facts, Aniqua made me feel like the most important customer in all of Chase Bank. Additionally, unlike my current bank, Aniqua was extremely knowledgeable and knew answers to every question I asked. Finally, unlike my current bank, Chase is properly staffed and I did not have to wait to have my questions answered. She introduced me to the manager, Deborah, who also made me feel like I was a valued customer.Simply put, Chase is, by far, the most customer friendly bank I've experienced in South Florida.

Antonio Solarte is an outstanding professional and thorough banker. He always answers my emails quickly and is very knowledgeable about the bank's products and services. It is great to bank with him and everyone at this branch.

So I was going to this bank for two years it's right next to my job and cashing my check for 2YEARS ON a Thursday mind you my check would say Friday's date and after two years my job informed me hey you cannot deposit your check until Friday you cant cash it Thursdays anymore so I went to cash my check on Thursday because I'm leaving for a trip out of town and my job gave me authorization to cash it a day early. The lady proceeds to tell me she can't cash because the date says the fifth and I'm saying why is that? I've been cashing my check two months prior every Thursday and you guys never give me anything about it no issues anything but all of a sudden they refuse to cash it. I left mind you they wasted 30 minutes of my time held me up and I got stuck in traffic. I went to another location which is near my house because my job is about 40 or 50 minutes from my house and I went in the branch I said hi I would like to cash this and then deposit it. She said no problem cashed it deposited no issue don't go to this bank there low-key racist, cause if I was white I feel like I wouldn't have had this issue one of the tellers knows me. She says hey welcome back. It's not like I'm a random person. I was going there a lot but just terrible experience inside the bank. Never going back there from now on. I'm cashing my check near my house. Just avoid this location I HATE bad customer service!!!

Be careful if you need to secure a mortgage. The team working on my mortgage stopped communicating with me over 2 weeks ago. Phone calls not returned, emails not returned. I don't get it.

I am closing my accounts today. There is no phone service from outside at all. Cold unwelcoming atmosphere. Very young inexperienced young man at private client desk clearly in over his head and speaks only memorized robotic script. No knowledge whatsoever and no curiosity to find answers or even to ask questions. Goodbye.

Carlos is incredible and amazing. The manager is sweet and smiles and is kind. If it were based solely on these 2, this branch would receive 5 stars from me. However, Olga is the lead teller and for the second month in a row she has made me feel uncomfortable and was extremely confrontational when I asked her to repeat which card she wanted me to insert. The attitude is through the roof and then when I said there are lots of other chases and banks she told me to never come back to that bank. (Which I'm sure the supervisors will be thrilled to hear that that was said to a customer).
