I visited chicos on 7/4/21 and had a bad experience the sales lady was very rude, she seemed new. I was shocked because I love this store. I also visited on 7/7/21 around 3pm to be exact and the store was crowded, filled with customers. The store seem to be short staffed, Mathew the manager and the sales girl Phyllis went up and beyond for me, searching high and low for my favorite pants. I must say this store never fails me, the customer service here is phenomenal, and Mathew is very efficient and knowledgable. Phyllis tells you the truth and she's very stylish when putting my looks together. Love this store and staff. Alyson Shir
