I had an apt at 6 PM with Felicia. This was my first experience I wanted to love it so bad, but it wasn’t the best experience. Upon walking in at 620 I was late but I called at 558 notifying them I would be late and then I called around 608 telling them I should reschedule because I still couldn’t find parking (this was the night of the holiday parade 12/9) she had told me it was ok and proceeded to tell me where to park and to come in. So I came in, waited about 10-15 minutes to be washed and then Felicia blow dried my hair. Im used to having my hair blown out in even sections and it seemed that she was doing huge sections. My hair is very thick and I’ve never seen it done that way before. When she finished (after 25 min) the top of my hair was so frizzy, she just asked me “do you want serum?” I expressed my concerns and she took it personally… then said “do you want me to straighten the roots?” I said “sure”. The lady at the front desk heard our exchange and didn’t even try to ask if everything was ok..it was a horrible first experience, not to mention got charged 75$ for a blow out when I didn’t have extensions and my hair is mid back length? I’m sure they didn’t really care to retain me by the experience I had. Very disappointed to say the least as I really wanted to come more often, but I will never step foot in that salon again.Get nicer employees that care for their quality of work.

Sara was amazing- a true pro- quiet but very professional hairstylist - a great experience- had a makeup gal put in some quick lashes for the evening for $25 rose was super sweet to let me know a few things before checking out- a east and really a wow experience !

I can’t say enough amazing things about this salon, suffice it to say that I have had services done by all of their staff since I failed to make appointments at the beginning and they are all equally amazing. I have never ever left this salon feeling disappointed, they have done everything from hair to make up, cut/color and hair-do’s to perfection. The owner is kind and accommodating, and everyone in this place is incredibly welcoming. I can’t recommend them enough. They have nailed the art of hair salon services!!!Services: Haircut

Absolutely hands down the best salon ! All of the stylists are talented and do beautiful work. The salon uses only luxury high quality brands that instantly make my hair shine and feel like butter and I naturally have dry thick hair. The owner Jodi is always available and puts her heart and soul into the salon. I am constantly traveling and no matter where else I go nothing beats the way I look and feel after a visit to cloud. They also provide parking for free so I don’t ever hassle with parking. Your only regret would be for not becoming a client sooner!!!!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Had an 12:45 appointment for my daughter and had to cancel. Called the day before and three times the morning of and no answer! Then I get a call from a very unprofessional desk worker with an attitude trying to tell me their policy is 24 hours for cancellation. I started to tell her I couldn’t reach anyone and she interrupted me with her nasty voice saying “I’m not done talking” that was it she was so rude I couldn’t believe it and then she hung up on me. I am a salon owner of over 100 employees for the last 15 years with 12 incoming lines in another state and I’ve never heard of a “no answer” at a business for two days! She tried to say maybe I called when they were busy with other calls - 4 times?? Finally I left a message at 12:15 hoping someone would receive it and at 1:00 she called me to see where I was. Anyway if you want to visit a salon with an attitude this is your place. If you want to visit a salon that is professional and courteous - keep googling … never again. She tried calling me back after hanging up on me to tell me they wouldn’t charge me, but in the future they would, which is when I told her there would be no future for me there. Get someone to answer your phones so you don’t have to make nasty phone calls to potential new clients… owner should know how this business is being handled!

What a shocking terrible experience.I've been there once before, about 3 months ago, when there seem to be a different team.So I booked another appointment, walked in and the girl at the front, her name was Jodi, was pretty rude to begin with.I got a haircut and the first think I asked was "Does the haircut include the blowout at the same price."The answer I got was "yes, it is included with the price of the haircut."It was time to pay and to my surprise they did the OPPOSITE of what was said to me.They charged me EXTRA for the blowout!When I explained to Jodi about the miscommunication on their end, she was being extremely rude all together and said "you will know for next time."No apology, no sympathy, NOTHING.In all my years of living and going to high end salons in Beverly Hills, and Newport Beach, I've never experienced any degrading treatment.As a Delray Beach resident, I can surely say I won't be back to this place.Services: Haircut

I came in to ask about hairspray. The lady at the front desk with the long blonde-ish hair was unbelievably rude. She was put out that I asked if she sold hairspray and that I asked where they were. The price is not marked. I asked her the price and she said "somewhere around 42.00". I asked her if she could check and she wasn't happy. I asked the price, I don't want to know "somewhere around...." Jodi, I don't know if this was you or your employee, but JUST that interaction told me all I need to know about your business. It's too bad because I live in the building above you, Worthing Place. I was looking for somewhere to get monthly appointments and weekly blowouts and be a loyal customer.

Lovely only complaint is the music… it’s such a great experience to be pampered and hopefully relax but at 9.30am music that is not to everyone’s taste blaring out is annoying…Other than that it’s such a wonderful salon.

I have been coming here for years and I have sent SO many friends that iI have asked me where i get my hair highlighted, cut and my hair blow dried! Everyone is always extremely pleased with the services that they received and everyone is SO warm and welcoming to all the clients! It happens to be a stunningly beautiful salon so it is a really relaxing experience as well!!! Jody the owner seems to find the most amazing stylists, i can go to any of them and I always feel very happy when I leave!Services: Manicure

I have been coming here for 5 years since I moved here. I am so happy that I use Ashlee, she does an amazing job with my blond color, great cut , great keratin job and great blow dry every week.I have used some of the other stylists for a blow dry and everyone has been great. Friday - November 11th - My experience was bad and the worst money I spent on my vacation. I was truly so disappointed and I was very much looking forward to the pampering session. I booked what was supposed to be a 45 minute appointment and I was done in 20 minutes. Karlee was rushing through the service and was distracted as well. She was spacing out staring at the TV while drying my hair. My hairdresser clips off six sections of my hair and then splits each of those into small sections drying them to perfection. Karlee used one clip to put my hair up and only divided my hair into six large sections. Four on the bottom and then she split the top into two sections. I went to dinner after and by the end of dinner, I had frizz. The next day, my hair did not look like it was done. Very disappointed.
