I did everything right but at the end, it said that the transaction was unsuccessful. I asked the lovely people at the cafe for an ambassador for assistance and they found a wonderful lady to assist me. I'm sorry that I didn't write down her name. She said that it may just be the ATM and to try another one there. We went over to another ATM there and it worked with her assistance. She made sure that everything was okay before we left.”
