The members are described as "awesome" and the overall community as "fantastic," creating a supportive environment for both new and experienced CrossFit enthusiasts. The gym offers challenging but rewarding workouts, and visitors, whether local or on vacation, highly recommend stopping by if in the area.
Dropped in this past week while on vacation. The gym is super welcoming and both Devin and Eddie are great coaches! All the members were awesome and I will definitely plan on going back next time we are in the area.

Great gym in a great location. Was a member there for years and sadly had to move away for work. Still the gym I drop into when I come back to town. Good workouts, good people, good coaching, good times.

Best Crossfit Box in South Florida! I was there on vacation for two weeks and I worked out every day. The people were truly fantastic, and the coaches are very well-prepared. I had a great time and I really recommend it.
