Dropped in this past week while on vacation. The gym is super welcoming and both Devin and Eddie are great coaches! All the members were awesome and I will definitely plan on going back next time we are in the area.

Great gym in a great location. Was a member there for years and sadly had to move away for work. Still the gym I drop into when I come back to town. Good workouts, good people, good coaching, good times.

Best Crossfit Box in South Florida!
I was there on vacation for two weeks and I worked out every day. The people were truly fantastic, and the coaches are very well-prepared. I had a great time and I really recommend it.

Best CrossFit gym I’ve been to. Eddie was extremely helpful and energetic which made the workout enjoyable. The workout itself was challenging but rewarding, and really was a great start to the day. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to start CrossFit/ continuing their CrossFit journey.

I got a two-week drop-in pass and had the chance to meet Jen, the owner, along with a few coaches during open gym. The environment was incredibly welcoming, and they even took the time to help me refine some movement techniques. Overall, a great experience—highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Amazing gym, better community! All the coaches are extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive to push through their awesome WODs. 10/10 would recommend espwcially if you’re new to CrossFit!
