It was a good experience. The staff was friendly unhelpful. I chose CubeSmart because there were actual human beings there that I could talk to. As opposed to your competitors who make you do everything online.

We had a 5x7 unit during our time here and it was awesome because of the little nook in the corner. It allowed me to store a king size mattress and leave me a sizeable area to store our thing. Only reason we left is because we got a house and had extra space! I would recommend this location to anyone looking. Rates match the area and the easy access and location is nice as there are never more than 1 or 2 people in all my trips to the unit.

I have used Cube Smart three times now to store my furniture , every time that I need to move and store my furniture I have always decided to use them. The people that work their are friendly and go out of there way to make moving easy. I have left Delray three times and all three times when it came to storing my furniture I have always gone back to cube smart. The people that work there are friendly and go out of there way to be accommodating. I will use them at any time to keep my household furniture there. Thank you.

Zach at CubeSmart was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and fully informed before renting our storage unit. He explained all the pricing clearly and made sure there were no surprises. His kindness and professionalism truly stood out. The whole experience was seamless thanks to his help. Highly recommend working with him if you're considering storage here!

Terrible communication. Arrived to unload a full vehicle of boxes and there was a sign saying “Closed until tomorrow at 9:30 am Sorry for Inconvenience.” Hours are supposed to be 6am to 10pm / 7 days a week. No email to customers, no reason why it was closed. No one to answer the phone. Not cool.

I’ve been storing at cube smart for years. Today I spoke with Zack and he opened my eyes to several new ideas. I’ve been discarding things and I could downsize my unit and save money. I’m all for that. He was very courteous and very helpful. I’ve always enjoyed coming back monthly to make my payments and talk to the staff. They keep the Storage area, clean.

Zach, the representative, was so helpful. He was the only one to sit me down, go over pricing from the beginning to the end, including taxes. When I called the main corporate number and ask the same questions the representative got extremely frustrated with me and hung up. Apparently, I was asking too many questions. But I’m moving from up north to down Florida and I have questions about pricing. Any representative that works for this company should answer those questions. Zach was the only one to do it. He followed up with me and provided a tour for me to see three different units. I would go with this company and this location because of the personal attention Zack gave me. He deserves a raise!!!!!

Payed for a 10 x 10 unit. The unit CubeSmart provided has a column in the corner that takes up a decent amount of what would’ve been usable space. Be wary of what you’re paying for.

I had an exceptional person that took care of me. She was so wonderful. Her name is ARIANNE. You should be so happy to have her. She took me through so much stress and helped to relieve it.
