I have been a long time renter at CubeSmart, Delray Beach/Federal Highway. Very clean and well run facility. The staff has always been top notch. Steve and Diane are my top two to mention! Both are professional, thorough and friendly at all times. Diane helped facilitate my rental of a second unit while I was away on business, in order to secure a better rate. I cannot thank her enough. Her communication skills and wonderful attitude are noted and the company should know from this review what an asset they have with her on board. :)

Confusion with Pricing changing daily with various online or in person promotions. Spoke with location and phone service. I received 4 different versions for pricing. Very confused online process for completing reservation.

Joan was very professional and helpful during our move. The location is easy to access, it is on federal highway. Highly recommended. However our unit is far from the door and hard to access, we are hoping the we can move to unit that is close to the door.

This is the most organized and clean storage space we have ever used. The building is very accessible and functional. The team there is also incredibly helpful and welcoming. Very happy we signed up for this specific location.

Number one, most important quality of a great business is attitude! The manager(Steve) of Cubesmart in Delray is kind, friendly, patient, respectful, and extremely attentive to the appearance of his facility. Which leads me to the next very important factor I look for, cleanliness! This is the cleanest storage facility I have ever used, and I have used at least 10 different ones in my life. The phone app for easy access is a great bonus. Finally, I appreciate the promo deals, especially the "1st month free" that I got here. I really needed that break right now. All around great experience!

Filthy building that raises the rent $50-60 EVERY 6 MONTHS! Totally unacceptable. Just moved into Public Storage and am saving $190 PER MONTH! Need ZERO stars.
