I don’t usually leave reviews, but I really felt like I had to after the experience I had at CubeSmart on Atlantic Ave. Ed and Rob were just amazing. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed, respected, and honestly just taken care of.
Ed took his time explaining everything clearly, and not once did I feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. He was patient and genuinely kind. Rob was just as wonderful: calm, knowledgeable, and so easy to talk to. You can really tell they both care, not just about doing their jobs well, but about people.
Moving and putting things in storage can be overwhelming, but they made it feel simple and even comforting. I left feeling so relieved, and honestly grateful. Thank you both for being so good at what you do and for treating me like more than just another customer.
