My family has been using this facility for 3 years. I highly recommend the location on military in Delray. The staff are always very pleasant and accommodating. At the moment I only remember Dave and Edward's names, but they all have always been most helpful.

Fantastic storage facility and friendly staff. I've rented many storage units in the past and this one is my favorite so far. It is clean, has good lighting, even has lights in some of the units. Although, CubeSmart as a corporate business has its own downsides (this is just a few): app is very limited, staff is limited to what they can do with reservations & accounts, notifications such as emails and text do not always align with what is happening to the account backend, prices don't always make sense especially with the $ increases every few months (at some point they price you out of your rental where it's cheaper to move than remain - so they don't really value customer loyalty), no 24 hours access, they upsell you a lock each time you rent (i already have at least 6 of these locks, no way to opt out unless done in person, but not always convenient to do it in person). Previous CubeSmart facility where i rented had constant AC problems (at least 5 times through my rental) and took a while to fix and they only found out after my complaints - temperature control monitoring could and should be automated. Had no AC issues in this facility and I've been here a while already.

Mark and David were excellent while I was using the cubesmart storage. The unit itself was clean, secure and the hours are excellent. I never had an issue.

Managers were very pleasant and accommodating. Space was clean and building nice. Only complaint is that I rented via web, however I did NOT receive my first month free as was advertised. Customer Service claimed that they had no record of that offer as it was no longer featured on the web as I rented the last unit.
