I would give negative five stars if I could. It is astonishing that the only choices available when calling are to leave a message for a call back or physically go to the pharmacy. The system prevents any interaction with a live person, resulting in a frustrating cycle of missed calls and repeated messages. This lack of communication is incredibly aggravating and inefficient.Update: I drove to the pharmacy after becoming frustrated with the back-and-forth phone calls and voice messages. When I expressed my frustration to the man helping me, he coldly told me, "That's the future, ma'am. You can complain to corporate." He showed no sympathy for the fact that I had to physically drive to the pharmacy to get answers. I discovered that they had been waiting for insurance authorization for a medication that wasn't covered for four days, without notifying me. Now, I have to return tomorrow to pick it up..I believe the man was suggesting that the future will involve less human interaction due to technology, which seems like an absurd comparison considering how they require you to leave a message for a call back or physically visit the pharmacy, both of which involve human interaction. Their poor service had nothing to do with technology. However, this got me thinking, and I decided to embrace modern technology by subscribing to Amazon Pharmacy. It couldn't be any worse than CVS.

Pharmacy people are more concerned about eating their lunch instead of fixing a problem they made right before lunch.

CVS at Atlantic and Jog. TERRIBLE. I ordered next-day prints. I went in to pick them up...machine was broken. I said - cancel the order, there was a time limit on the need (photo competition). FOUR WEEKS later I get an email "Your prints are ready". I go into the store, relate the cancellation and said "if you are just going to throw them in the trash, I'll take them." They told me I had to pay for them. I said no, and they literally threw them in the trash in front of me. CVS's normal "customer service."

I just went to the drive through to pick up my meds that they had texted me about for a week and they had it ready in 3 min! And the woman at the window was very nice and they gave me a great price!! I'm very satisfied and will be back. Thanks.

I stopped in here to pick up a few things but left without making a purchase. I left and drove to another CVS because the few items I touched were covered in dirt and felt grimy. I didn't look around for long before I decided to do my shopping somewhere else. I'm happy I left because I wound up in a nicer & cleaner store. With a CVS practically on every corner, I don't see why I would return to this location.

The worst absolute awful! I've never experience such horrible service! Jennifer in the pharmacy had no idea what she was doing when she gave me the PCR test. I had to talk to the manager Angela and explain that Jennifer was not communicating with me. They told me I could come back in and retake the test since they did not give me any correct instructions. I would never go back into that store again. It should be removed from the location.

I don't think I have ever been to a pharmacy that I left a review for. You would think all you do is just pick up your meds. However the pharmacist at this CVS was probably the rudest man I've met. Over and over he told me to try to find another pharmacy if I didn't want to wait for medicine. I don't care about waiting but order it first please. Why is this guy in healthcare when he doesn't even like people? Haha He hung up on me twice then didn't order my medication. To top it off after giving this place 3 chances(3 months) the pharmacist told the tech to tell me they ran out of my prescription for the year and they weren't aloud to order that medicine until the next year. Ummm what!? Please if you have a choice to choose a pharmacy do not go to this one. I have never dealt with anything like this in my life. If I could give this a negative rating I would. Lastly don't ever try to call bc you will be on hold maybe for the rest of your life lol.

This is the worst pharmacy I have been to and that's saying a lot for CVS. No one answers the phone for the doctors' line and the staff I have dealt with are rude and do not care AT ALL. Today was the end. I had to sit on the floor because I was sick and they would not refill my prescription. No one had any care or empathy. My doctor had called it in and they were not checking voicemails. I could go on and on but just save yourself and stay away.

Whenever I come here I notice the cashiers yelling at customers and vice versa. Maybe this corner of Delray they are hard of hearing. On the pharmacy side I got my booster and that went well last night. I didn't develope a 3rd eye so I guess it went well

Came for a covid testing only to be yelled at. Jennifer is so disrespectful and doesn’t know how to communicate well with the customers.
