LeChelle who works at the front cash is an amazing employee and a bright ray of sunshine. We’re visiting from Canada in several times that we’ve been into the CVS. LeChelle has been very friendly and kind with everybody while assisting them with the self check out. She brightens everyone’s day don’t let her go. She’s great.

That pharmacy is terrible. The truth is, I took the prescriptions in the morning. I returned around four in the afternoon and they didn't have the medications ready, but what surprised me the most is the arrogance of one of the people there. I don't know his name, but that man. He speaks very badly to you, you can't be working in a place like that, the truth is...

I don't like to write negative reviews but I am so frustrated with this pharmacy and the pharmacy staff that I feel I must. My issues with this CVS have been going on for several years. I have often found that prescription drugs I need (and sometimes need urgently) are out of stock and the staff are unable to predict when they will be available. In those situations, where the doctor called in the prescription, I have go back to the doctor and have it called in to a different pharmacy (often Walgreens) that does keep their stock up to date. Yesterday, I brought in 3 prescriptions to be filled after having a root canal procedure. One was for Motrin, one was for Amoxicillin to be taken over the next 4 days to help recover from the root canal, the last was for amoxicillin to be taken in the future as to pre-medicate prior to future dental procedures, which I need to do because I have had joint replacements. The clerk at the counter, after a cursory look, handed one of the prescriptions back to me. I said "what's up" and he said 2 are the same. I said "no they are not" and explained. (And I saw the pharmacist listening and nodding understanding,) So, with that the clerk took the other prescription. When I came to the drive up window to pick up my prescriptions, there were only two. I asked about the third prescription and the clerk said "they didn't fill it because my insurance wouldn't pay it". I said, "so you just decided on your own not to fill it without calling me". I have to say I lost my temper and I feel bad about that. When I finally got her to talk to me, I discovered that I could save a few bucks by waiting a week to fill the second Amoxicillin script. But, when I got home I discovered that the pharmacy had filled the wrong script. The dosing instructions said take 4 pills one hour before a dental appointment. I needed to know how often I should be taking the medicine after the root canal. I called the pharmacy in the morning. Their Robo answering machine is very frustrating. Once you get through the menu, it says if you want to leave a voicemail, press zero. I press zero and it says, "good bye". Finally, I got through to a person and once she knew who I was, she started talking about when the other script would be ready. I kept trying to ask her to listen to my question. I did not want to know about the othe prescription. I wanted to know the doctors instructions for the prescription I was taking now. For at least 5 minutes, she kept talking over me. Finally, I started yelling, not because I was angry, I was just trying to get her attention so she would listen to me. Finally she stopped. But then she starting again with a 5 minute lecture about how she is a professional and it is entirely inappropriate for me to yell at her and if it doesn't stop she will write me up and ban me from doing business there. I started just saying, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry ... for another 3 or 4 minutes. Finally, she stopped talking and I was able to ask my question. 20 seconds later, I had my answer, said "thank you" and hung up.

This pharmacy is terrible, I called one day for some medicine that Iván was going to send to that town and they told me that they already had the information after three girls didn't call me, I had to call and they told me that they didn't have any medicine in my name, what bad service yes It was like that because they didn't say it from the beginning, I was confident that the medicine was already there, it would be better if I ordered it from another pharmacy.

I try not to write negative reviews but just had a terrible experience with the pharmacy. I had a prescription there that needed to be transferred to another CVS location as I am traveling. The system only allows you to leave a voicemail. I finally received a return phone call after two days and two voicemails. After explaining the situation, the lady was extremely curt and hung up on me before I could ask a follow-up question. I have been going there for years and in fairness Wayne is excellent, but he's difficult to get to.

The two male pharmacists in this store are extremely rude and unfriendly. Not helpful at all and never look up from their computers to look at a customer or talk to them like human beings. Awful people. I'm glad we're moving away and I won't have to deal with them. They should not be working with the public if they hate people that much.

Both Pharmacists are Extremely Incompetent and Overtly mean—quoting incorrect information and, when challenged very politely, exploding like 9 year olds and repeatedly shouting that they have a “doctorate” as if that makes the situation less embarrassing for them. The man’s demeanor is sad, frankly. The woman acted like she was a child immediately under minor stress. Extremely unprofessional, both of them. Go elsewhere even if it’s further.

People at the pharmacy are so lazy. They wouldn't sell me Tylenol at the drive through for my kid who I had in the back seat with fever when I see the sign saying “we sell Tylenol in drive through “ the blonde girl with dreadlocks to be more specific.

My goodness gracious I accidentally did not take a receipt so it took me forever to figure out how to do a review, OH MY LANTA LOL, whoever is in charge, you should make it a lot easier. AnyWho I wrote a review about a different CVS store and now I’m going to correct my review and yes I did a review on a different CVS store that’s fabulous but I’d like to correct what I added to the other review, number one is ROGER MANAGER IS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUSLY FANTASTIC, I THOUGHT HE WAS SPANISH. I WAS WRONG AND IT DOESN’T MATTER ANYWAY, HE IS LOVING, RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL JUST ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS, I’M DOING TALK TEXT BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE THE PATIENCE TO PUT EACH LETTER IN, BUT I WILL HAVE YOU KNOW ROGER IS AMAZING AND EVEN THOUGH I LOVE THE GIRLS AT THE OTHER CVS, I WILL START GOING BACK TO THE ONE CLOSER TO MY HOUSE ALTHOUGH I WILL NEVER FORGET THE OTHER CVS THEY HAVE DONE ME NO WRONG BUT ROGER IS FABULOUS A STANDUP MAN AND A WONDERFUL HUMAN BEING AND THANK THE LORD HE WORKS FOR YOU. IF I HAD MY OWN COMPANY I WOULD TAKE HIM ALONG WITH THE OTHERS FROM THE OTHER CVS YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN THAT TIME MAY BE BUT I’M MAKING SURE THAT I CROSS MY T’s AND dot MY I’s BECAUSE THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR YOU. The Second I have my own company I will be hiring them so I hope you realize how valuable they are including Michelle Jaime and the other young lady that I put on my past review from the other CVS on Linton and Federal Highway. These are very extremely important people that do the good for your company, oh by the way, there’s a young gentleman that works under Roger and he is absolutely fabulous too now for the others. I don’t like to give terrible complaints but I must definitely love. ABSOLUTELY LOVE GIVING CREDIT WHEN IT’S NEEDED AND MUCH DESERVED❤️ THANKS

The store manager at the CVS on sixth in Delray is always smiling and friendly, as are his team members. I went in today after a long day at work and was feeling tired. They’re smiling faces and greetings cheered me right up. The manager guided me to the pet supplies I needed . The young man at checkout always remembers me and even referred to the conversation we had last time I was in. I left the store with everything I wanted but, most importantly, they put me in a great mood. I mentioned my experience today to my neighbors. They, too, agreed that this is an exceptionally friendly CVS store.
