Only giving 2 stars bc they have managed not to be affected by the medication shortages (which is why I still use them), but honestly this pharmacy is terrible. The staff is inconsistent, rude & untrained. One staff member refused to take a form of ID that had been accepted many times by other employees at the same location; another refused to let me pay in cash when I have also done that many times before. So my advice: don’t go here unless you have to. If you have an obscure medication you might be forced to go like me, but avoid it at all costs if you can.

Their in the wrong profession.I to will be changing.

I have used CVS stores in different states and this is by far the worst that I have ever been too. Both the Pharmacy staff and clerks in the front part of the store couldn't be less helpful and with an attitude no less. I have been in three times to try and get some help finding a product that they carry, but no one was willing to help me find it in the store. What ever happened to customer service? I will never go back, to many other options in this town.

I must use CVS for my prescriptions due to my insurance coverage. I have dealt with numerous CVS stores but the S Federal store is the absolute worse I have ever dealt with! The majority of the pharmacy staff could care less about a customer’s needs and wants. My latest issue has been a prescription ordered a week ago, I’ve attempted to get a response…finally after a week of leaving
msgs…I got a call back today. No idea when it will be in! Absolutely no concern at all. I asked if it was possible to find out when it would be available and I was told no…just keep checking!

Recently moved from Boynton to Delray and was very happy with my Boynton CVS. Even though same chain, moving medication and new staff is an adjustment. That being said, this store is great! Located in a bust strip mall with Publix and Ross, the employees are always super friendly and right there to help. Pleasantly surprised at my new location!

Had an appointment at 10 am for a tetanus shot. I showed up, and the pharmacist called me right away, I was out the door with my shot at 10:05. Highly recommend.

Michelle is fantastic. She took the time to help me with coupons so I can get the best value for my purchases. Hard to find good help these days. she has "old school" work ethics. CVS is lucky to have her.

Andrea M. the nurse practitioner at the Minute Clinic was great! She was very personable, thorough and helpful. I’ve never been to the Minute Clinic at CVS before, but I recommended this location if you need to plan a visit. It’s convenient and fast, and they accepted my new Marketplace insurance when other providers wouldn’t.
