They do not have good customer service especially the pharmacy department. I asked for my receipt to be emailed to me and I am still waiting, so absolutely NOT I will not give them a good review

The pharmacist was attentive and compassionate to my questions I had about medications given after a procedure that was done like within half hour of our service! You know the things you forget to ask on the way out! She was absolutely wonderful ❤️

Extremely rude staff. Called from a doctor's office and was told I was not calling from the doctor's office and then was asked to "hold for a minute," and was hung up on. I will dissuade clients from doing business here all I'm able.

I had to visit this pharmacy 3 days back to back this week and each time I came the pharmacist Joseph was so welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me and answered my questions I had regarding medication interactions. I'm blessed to be a part of this CVS family.

Experience was wonderful was greeted with warm welcoming & big bright smile by the CVS pharmacy staff members. Always have great experience every time I visit my local pharmacy never I have a problem picking up my medication for myself or kids.

The dude in the pharmacy forgot to give me my medication, then had the audacity to say something slick when HE CLEARLY FORGOT TO GIVE THEM TO ME! Rude employees probably mad they don’t get paid enough. Keep working your $20 an hour job peasant! But at least do your job correctly ! SMH

My husband bought me a Covid test. When he got home, I noticed that it was expired. He went back to the pharmacy and was told they had nothing to do with what was sold on the other side of the counter. Knowing that the other kits maybe expired, she is knowingly allowing customers to buy a kit. My husband then went to a manager in Targets and told him that the kit was expired. He said that he would tell someone. You would think he would have said at the very least ". I will take care of this."

I have been going to this pharmacy for the same RX for the last 7 years and it has always been a wonderful experience. Unfortunately the new pharmacist has brought nothing but negativity and unprofessionalism. This is the second consecutive month that I have been made to jump through hoops to get medication that is necessary for my day to day function that I have been taking for the last 18 years. Not only does she not bother to notify you that they don’t have inventory, she won’t order it unless you call or go in to which she says “maybe I can order it to try and have it here next week.” She also refuses to do partial fills claiming it is company policy, to which I pointed out she’s the only pharmacist I’ve encountered here that refuses. She said “well I don’t do partial fills.” It’s baffling to my why someone would be in this line of work if she simply does not care about the patients well being. It makes no sense that a pharmacist would try to interfere with a patients treatment plan. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state of Florida.
