Rude rude rude. There’s one person in the pharmacy who’s been helpful - Jo I believe her name is- but literally everybody else I’ve interacted with have been combative and just plain nasty. It’s tough to stand there and see how they talk to other people. Super short with you and god forbid you ask a question. Take your prescriptions elsewhere if you want to be treated like a human being.

As everyone else has stated, the pharmacy is absolutely awful at providing customers with medications. This is their only job, and they are terrible at it.

Difficulty to find products on sale and to use insurance Ucard
Workers at this CVS not helpful in helping new customers find products. I'm going to try Walgreens. Also the pharmacy staff are not friendly and walk right past you, lime you in visible .

I have been taking a controlled substance for 4 years as I’m a transplant patient. This location doesn’t seem to realize without it I can barely walk. I would love to know why, when I call the Pharmacist keeps saying tomorrow, out of stock? This is one of the biggest drug stores in the US. Why can’t you get the product? This is not being abused in a way shape or form. My Oncologist would tell you that.

Came 15 mins before pharmacy closes, Mr alex didn’t want to see us. saying we are closing soon, it was a simple medicine for my baby daughter. Terrible people. Pharmacy closes at 20:00 not 19:48.

Shopping at this CVS is always a pleasant experience... The manager Will has always been very helpful and courteous... makes it a point to greet me whenever I go to the store... also the employee Lauren always answers any questions I might have , helps me find things, and helps with the checkout if I have any issues.... very sweet young lady.... this is the best CVS I have ever been to, even better than the one where my daughter in law was a manager.... thank you for making my shopping easy and pleasant.....

I went to pick up my medication and was pressured to buy 3 months worth, which was unusual as I usually only buy one month at a time. I then told the lady that I only wanted one bottle and wanted to use my discount card, but the price was initially higher so I asked her to try a different one, but then I realized I wasn't signed in that's why the price was higher, so I asked her to use the first one I gave her, but a blonde woman at the back presumably her boss loudly complained about the delay. I refused to pay extra and suggested they assist the next customer while I waited. Despite finally receiving my medication, I was warned it would be the last time. I found their behavior rude and impatient, especially after patiently waiting in a long line due to understaffing. It was absurd to be asked to pay more just to accommodate their convenience.
I use CVS for years and years, and I don't understand what is going on with them, they use to be polite and caring, and have very good customer service

It never ceases to amaze me how disrespectful and deliberately RUDE the people are at this CVS store. The pharmacy clerks are ok, but the front clerks make sure to insult me even mentioning my weight or generally being arrogant EVERY TIME I go in there!

I had a prescription called in the CVS pharmacy. It was filled but when I went to pick it up they would not release the medication to me. The pharmacist was very rude and told me that if I didn't have a pharmacy card on file sit down and wait until she calls it in to verify the card. When someone else was trying to help me she made the person stop to take care of othe customers. The blonde pharmacist is very rude. And not friendly at all. Don't get your prescription filled here with out the pharmacy card you will end up waiting forever.
