Lines are not observed and nothing is said by employees. Stocks on various items not replaced.

Super bad behavior and attitude by one of the pharmacy Clerk. I would not let her work here if I'm the manager. I have been coming to this location for years. The regular staff is great always helpful. But there has to be always one bad apple. Lady if you don't like this job, then quit.

Not a great experience at this particular CVS store. Coupon machine not working as it required paper and that took time to find a manager to address. Key item was not in stock (CVS nasal saline 3%) and clerk could not confirm if this particular store carried it or not. Self service checkout was very slow taking over 15 min as 4 people in front of us each had problems requiring a clerk to assist. It took time to find a clerk and then additional time for the clerk to assist the other customers each of which had issue on the self checkout machines. This led to clerk at register having to step away so that checkout via the register was also slow. Clearly insufficient staff available to service customer needs.
The experience at this particular CVS store was not a good one and I would go to another CVS in the general area

Would give 0 stars for this place. Prescription department is dirty, counters has balls of dust and hair, clear protectors at register is cloudy and full of droplets of people’s spits. Staff is rude including manager Larry the pharmacist.

The cashier at the Pharmacy was rude and I ordered my
Meds to be delivered same day via telephone with one of the techs there but was never told it would be delayed for 2 days so I ended up having to pick
Up my meds after waiting for hours for the delivery while suffering with a fever and terrible headache to get my much needed medication. Inexcusable!

Pharmacist Benjamin just admitted to deny my Son’s prescription due to saving pills for his friend that are on back order nationwide when he has more to filled both! He stated also that because i live in another city that is not Delray he wont filled. He does not let people talk! His Ego is bigger than the store it self! Incredible CVS has employee doing this and also treat customers so deplorable!

This Pharmacy makes mistakes on medications all the time. They can't get refill dates right, they refuse to fill meds claiming your insurance won't pay, but you have been on the same med over a year, calling insurance and was assured it was covered. They mis count, make wrong labels. It's ridiculous. Last month they only gave me 1 Dexcom g7. Calling it a 30 day supply. It needs to be changed every 10 days. Every mistake I have to contact the district manager. It's awful. They change labels to suit their needs. Always take photos of your labels. I am sick of the errors and switching to CENTERWELL through my insurance. I don't trust CVS with my medication anymore.

It was horrible, the cashier was rude and didn't know what to do. I asked her to call someone else and she said ( I don't have to call nobody I been working here for more than 2 years) I was trying to get some OTC products which I got normally and she said that my card was declined. I went to another CVS and everything was good. Her attitude was nasty.

Horrible! This CVS Pharmacy opens at 9am close during lunch hours instead of having employees rotating. People waiting for their meds 8:30am and cannot get their prescriptions because Pharmacy is closed!!! And the drive thru as well. I was just in the drive thru first one! And no one comes to the window to assist! Went inside the store & already the line is long! Cars waiting in the drive thru
