I was in rear end accident that wasn't my fault in Dec 2021. Dealership was closed so Progressive sent my truck to DPC. It is now going on the 3rd year that they have had my truck and it's still not fixed. While in their possession, my plates have been stolen, the truck door was left open and someone had gone through all of the glove box and console and scattered all my things all over the cab, the batteries I just replaced a month before the accident were dead. They keep giving excuses, Covid, GM strike, national shortage on parts...now when I call I am getting they are busy and will call me back in 10 minutes... and never a call back. I wish there was more I can do to get them to give me my truck back. I have no personal transportation.

December 8th 2021, I was in a rear end collision that wasn't my fault. Since the accident happened after the dealership was closed Progressive had me take it to DPC. It is March of 2024 and I still have not received my truck.I have had many excuses, from Covid, GM strike, to the parts are on order and there is a National shortage. I have gotten so many false hopes I was going to get my truck back, but has always a few more days or next week...been like this for 2 years.Meanwhile, my plates were stolen, the truck was setting outside with door open, batteries dead and someone had gone through all the stuff I left in there and threw it all around the cab of the truck, stole a drill and battery booster I also had left.DPC could not or wasn't able to do the repair on the axle, so it had to go to the dealership to get repairs done there. The repairs were completed on August 31 2023. DPC waited a month before they picked up the truck from the dealership on September 2023 but still said they were waiting on parts after they got it back to their shop...(exhaust hangar and tail pipe) 2 years seems a long time to be waiting on parts. Progressive has already paid them out and I don't seem like they have a priority on getting my truck out in a timely manner.I went to the shop to see the truck and they told me they had the truck at a different location in a storage lot.I do not know what to expect when my truck is finally ready. I have been out of a vehicle for over 2 years and they don't seem to understand the hardship this has put me through for more than 2 years.All I know is, the truck better be in same condition or better than before the wreck.Good luck if you take you vehicle to this shop.I have had nothing but bad luck!

First, I cannot thank dealers pro choice body shop enough for making my little truck looking brand new and better than it was prior to a tow truck company that smashed the nose of my truck off while sitting in a parking lot. The work they did was epic. My 12 year old truck looks brand new. They took so much care in trying to make me happy and succeeded. I highly recommend this body shop as the staff is beyond helpful and the owner is so kind. You can tell they take great pride, in the work that they do for people that need help . Again, my sincere gratitude and thanks goes out to Rick the owner.

DPC choice was recommended to me by my dealer for good reason. My car actually came out better than when it came in. The damage was repaired to the extent that I couldn't tell anything had happened. On top of that, the car interior was cleaned up nicely, and the settings for my navigator etc. screen were programmed to be more user friendly, such as the dimming function for night time travel. Katie kept me informed every step of the way, coordinating the repair itself as well as the insurance company. I highly recommend Dealers Pro Choice.Services: Painting

This body shop was recommended to me by the service manager at my car dealership. They are not on any insurance companies recommended list so there is no funny business with adjusters. They did a top notch job on my car which had significant damage. They started ordering parts needed even before they received any payment by me or my insurance company. It's located in a hard to find area in east Delray, but I found it with GPS. They will be moving to a better location. It's a big operation, just spread out between buildings. When I picked my car up it was completely detailed, looked brand new. They are a busy shop for a reason. I just wanted to give them a shout out. I always recognize great service.

If it wasn't for Roots and Wings gifting me with a certificate I would have missed out on a tremendous experience. Very nice staff. Franchesca, was such a joy to work with making this whole new experience memorable and exciting. My Genesis was detailed inside and out and It was as new as if it came from the showroom. I will be back again and again. Thank you gentleman for doing a great job on my vehicle.

Our brand new Jetta was hit by someone with cut rate insurance. It seemed like there was going to be an uphill battle to get this repaired and the rental reimbursed. This on-top of worrying if the repair would be done right!I took the Jetta to VW and they sent me toDealers Pro Choice; their trusted body shop. From the moment I walked into the shop Katie and Laura immediately made me feel confident that they would get things done. They were knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and went out of their way to organize everything. So not typical of Florida businesses!!!!They followed up several times with a non-responsive insurance agent. Got the repair paid for and helped with the rental reimbursement as well! Who does that?Once the car was ready I knew the repair was going to be “perfect” and it was. The car looked like nothing had happened! The paint was perfectly matched, the car was washed and running like just like new. Had my Mx5 repaired at Dealers Pro Choice recently and I'm very happy with the results. I have a Crystal Soul Red color which is a complex color to replicate. I must say you can't even tell where the work was done. Laura and Rick were great to deal with and made sure I was happy with my car. My car had aftermarket parts and many details that needed to be paid attention to.. They listened and addressed my concerns and took all the time necessary to fix any issues that came up along the way. This was not my first car that they dealt with and they did no dissapoint. Kudos to the team and everyone who worked on my car during its time there.

This company was honest and saved me money by salvaging my bumper. They made my car look like new again and had it back to me the same day. The price was very fair and I was treated with respect.
