I am still waiting for Acura of Delray to review my issue.I have never put a review on Yelp before. I would think,as a former business owner,that you would want to respond or reach out to a customer after months of complaints.The fact that I never received myfront floor mats and Will didn't make it right is unbelievable.

When I bought my car was great service , then it just got recently sold and I had a problem with my brand new car and the new ownership refused to take my car in to fix because it was warranty work and absolutely did nothing to help the situation, but would take you if you were paying for work! I have two acuras and love them , I will now go to pompano beach Acura as they actually took in my car immediately to work on it and get me going ! Will never do business will Delray Acura again , my business will go else where, these people have no integrity!

One month ago I wrote a review and stated how badly I was treated by this dealershipand was told that this would be reviewed. I can't believe how unprofessional and rude these people have been. I am so sorry I leased multiple cars from them.They don't care about their reputation or their customers.I guess they reviewed my complaint and decided I was not entitled to get front floor mats that were removed from my car. I guess small claims court is my only option...They didn't have the decency to reply....unbelievable!

My salesman Mr. Gay was outstanding. He gets 5 stars. Finance, however was subpar. First, I was likely intentionally misinformed that my 2023 Integra did not come with the 2 year maintenance plan that is advertised everywhere by Acura. So I purchased the Acura Care maintenance plan, and found out afterwards my Integra did in fact, come with maintenance plan, that is now obsolete.\\nAlso, although it wasn’t a big deal to me at the time, I was repeatedly misinformed about the status of the payoff of my trade in. It took weeks, and I had to jump through hoops with my bank because finance was sitting on the payoff for some reason. I’ve now had the car for a year. I wasn’t going to leave this review because the payoff situation didn’t bother me too much, but a dealer closer to my home recently assured me that I was misinformed about the free 2 year maintenance plan, that led me to purchase the Acura care, that I would not have otherwise. I paid over MSRP like everyone else at the time, and that wasn’t enough? Trickery for some extra $ will be a stain on the dealership.

A Delray Acura salesman called us in June to offer an early swap of our lease that ended in December; the car had 9k miles on a 36k miles lease. During the negotiations, we were told that unused miles would rollover to the new lease (which Acura has done on prior leases). We went with the lowest option of miles based on that representation, which a Delray Acura finance manager confirmed in an email, assuring us that they would send us the rollover form ASAP. Two weeks later, they call and say they will not roll over the miles and did not offer any other solution. Apparently, had we waited another month, this wouldn’t have been an issue. We would not have ended our lease early if we weren’t told the miles would roll over - I was in no rush to renew, but were getting calls from the dealership inviting us to come in. We were tricked into signing a new lease under a deal that they did not honor. This is the 5th car we’ve leased from Delray Acura and will be the last.

Worst dealership ever supposedly when the new owners took over things are going to change. Service department goes through multiple managers/staff ,can never keep their staff which tells you a lot about a business. I have given this dealership multiple opportunities and every time they seem to fail. My car was there all day from 7:30 in the morning they could never call me back to tell me if the car was ready. When you call the phone rings they pick up they hang up on you. I had a recall on the car was told it needed a new starter. If the first diagnostic didn’t work which did not, they refused to fix the car the car shuts off. I called corporate office to let them know about this dealership and filed a complaint, when you have a recall, they’re supposed to fix the recall, I also needed my rotors cut. They did not even fix that. My car was there the entire day with nothing done. I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. Worst experience ,terrible business ethics. Maybe the owner should open their eyes and read the reviews.I feel sorry for some of the employees because it’s not their fault how the Managment runs the business

I leased an Acura yesterday and had a great experience. Sebastian was my salesperson and he was patient, honest, and a straight shooter. Cody the Finance Manager took his time and explained everything in detail.

I understand why so many people are upset with this location and dealership. I have a recall on an airbag in my Acura, made the appointment two weeks ago and I show up today for what I was told would be an hour appointment turned into 3+. I dropped off my car at 945, it sat in front of the service station until 1030. I seen my car pull up at 1130, for their team member to tell me they do not have the parts and to come back. It took them over an hour to figure out they don't have the part? And I was not the only one, the office "manager" was yelling at someone on the phone whom the entire lobby could hear for the same issue, no parts and this customer who sat next to me was there before I got there for them to say the same thing, " no parts". This location needs to do better, do not make appointments for customers to have them sit in the lobby for hours at a time to get nothing accomplished. I gave this place two stars because the guys working the service area who check you in were very kind, and prompt with their position.

They never answer the phone. I've called different days, different times, direct lines, general lines, no one. I've left voice mails on two different occasions, no return call. I've hit 0 for operator, no one answers. This dealership went way downhill when it changed owners a year or two ago. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. I have been a customer for eight years & two different vehicles. I won't go back.

What a HUGE disappointment today as this was my first and last time going to this dealership for service on my Acura. Waited almost 3 hours for an oil change (had an appointment) and when I asked where my car was at first let me check, then we can’t locate it then oh we found it but it’s not washed and if you want to wait another 45 minutes you can. Absolutely not. The service guy just said sorry and when I complained to a manager I just got yeah we have complaints about service. Nothing to make me happy or keep me as a customer as I said this was my first and last time there. This is NOT the service I expect as an Acura owner. Now I’m even questioning the parts they used as they are attached to another car manufacturer? I’m so disgusted that I gave them over $300 today.
