Corrupt dishonest dealership, buy car elsewhere, they prey upon the elderly., padding their profit selling expensive unnecessary extended maintenance warrantiies, Buick already has a 5 year 60k miles powertrain warranty, have they no faith in their own product? Rude staff, zero paperwork provided in folder to explain expensive extended warranties or Gap insurance. Beware of trading in your car, you may have decent equity sell privately.Our 83 year old terminally ill mom crooked by Delray Buick, she was clearly unable to understand the ramifications of signing away her new condition low miles 2 year old car, lost all her equity,, had only 16k payoff now 43k for another 7 years...a terminally ill elderly woman who did not know what day/date it was, nor her own zip code, nor that the increased payment and extended finance term she cannot pay her mortgage may now be forced to lose her home....yet unscrupulous salesman and finance guy think she is capable signing for an expensive car.

I brought my vehicle in to have a diagnostics on the AC components, not working properly. I was lied to about the extent of what was wrong.. so I could be charged more money . The technician that looked at my vehicle told me that the blower fan motor was bad which was already placed brand new and the AC resistor. He also stated they need to be replaced. It was New as well. I bought a new $20 wiring harness and it fixed my problem. Goes to show you cannot trust the dealership.

Awesome service. We took an airplane here. They picked us up at the airport and was sooo nice. Greg helped us through the whole process he was excellent. Even took us to get food after the airport. Will definitely be buying from him again. The dealership is 5 star.

I took my car here because the a/c had not worked since I got the car in April. I bought the car in another state, so my dealership made plans to get a/c fixed here at this dealer. We got it fixed after leaving car there for over a week. We brought it home and it never blew cold a/c air. And the battery terminals were loose, we would go somewhere then we had to tighten it a little. I called them at least 5-6 times because a/c stopped working, it was only 2 weeks since the repair, they kept giving me the run around. Not calling back, ignoring my calls, emails , etc... finally today I took it somewhere else, the mechanic, tightened the battery cables and boom, it started working. Now if this service department had just looked at it they would have seen their mistake. And it would have been over. I called both manager Ralph and service department representative Johnny Bueno and no one got back to me. If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

The Collision Center of Delray is part of Delray Buick GMCI would not recommend this body repair shopThey are disorganized, sloppy and have very poor quality control.They couldn't find my vehicle, didn't know if the vehicle was on site or not.When I arrived to pick up the repaired vehicle there were three outstanding issues. They never returned my voicemails or messages taken by staff.When I finally got the vehicle back one of the the outstanding problems that they addressed with the fit of a rear light cluster left none of the lights (tail, break & turn signal) working. Frustrated by the many trips to the collision Ctr and being a retired electrical engineer I repaired the problem myself which was a poor ground connection.I had to make a total of five trips to the the collision center concerning the repair.

We really enjoy the new Service Manager at dealer, but dislike the quality of GM products. All seem to fail and cause several visits for repairs. The challenge here is that every appointment needs a revisit. They fail to stock even the normal parts and will NOT source them locally. They like to mandate a "diagnosis" appointment, which is term for we need to order all parts and assure techs are available for actual repair at later date. Additional appointments will be required if diagnosed part did not correct. Employees and Management cannot seem to overcome the dealers failure to exceed the expectation of each visit. But assure you, they will be begging for only the best survey results, which fail to address the inadequacies met and additional time required from clients. Parts should be available locally and shared between same type dealers. Dealer reduced loaners which also increases visits and time wasted for each seperate repair.

I found Delray Buick GMC when I was looking for a Subaru Impreza. I inquired about a 2019 Subaru Impreza through True Cars and was contacted by Leon. He came to Lake Worth to pick me up for a test drive. I loved the car and we drove to the dealership where I purchased the car. Pat, the finance manager took care of the contract and explained the different contracts available to me. Everyone in the used car department made a fuss over my little brown dog and treated me well. The next day, I received email from the general manager and the service manager welcoming me to the dealership. I recommend this dealership. You won't be disappointed.

So we came here after I spoke to multiple people from multiple dealerships and I was heading down to pompano to get a truck. In my last ditch effort this morning before bed I found this place. Contacted the dealership and they called me back this morning. Came here and met Nelson. Nelson was a good dude we chatted. Price was pretty much negotiated before we got here. So we got that out of the way. Anyway test drove it. Crazy thing was my buddy who we did not talk in over a month and both live 70 Mile away came down here for the same truck. But because I had a appointment Nelson honored me. Anyway bought the truck! Good experience. No hard sales push. Pat with finance was good. Thanks again! Would come back !

I have a 3 year old SUV that decided not to start the other day. I checked out some diagnostic and repair options in the area, but ultimately decided to go with the GMC dealer as I felt most comfortable with a known quantity. I have to say, I was pretty impressed from the get go. The intake was seamless. I arrived in an Uber wlth my kids. The guy at the desk took some basic details and told me I didn't have to wait, he'd coordinate with the tow truck driver when he arrived., I really appreciated his proactiveness and cutting me loose so quickly as my kids absolutely didn't want to be there! As for the service, they quickly figured the issue out and got it repaired. They also kept me in the loop with text updates throughout the day which was nice. Everything was done in less than 24 hours as promised and I was back on the road very quickly as expected. The pricing was on the high end, but there's no denying that the work quality and professionalism was top notch. Thanks Delray Buick GMC Service Department for a job well done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for car repairs.
