I use to have a Mazda for nearly 2 decades and dealt with a service tech named Anne. Anne was always nice, explained what was needed and what could wait. I never felt like she was taking advantage or me. One time I came and Anne was gone and the new tech tried to hit me with 3500 worth of repairs. I decided I was ready for a new car. I got into a Honda for the first time and I love it. I was due for an oil change and came to Delray Mazda and I see Anne was my service tech. I knew I was in good hands. Anne took care of me as usual. Anne is always such a pleasure to deal with and is such an asset.

Our sales rep was Yurii. He was very polite and helpful. He was very informal about the cars I was interested in and showed me comparisons to other models/years. Yurii took his time with explaining everything and was very easy to work with. He was a great experience overall.
