I am very pleased with my purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle at Delray. Sarah and the team that helped, were straightforward and knowledgeable, I appreciated their ability to understand my needs and that they worked hard to make it happen. I would highly recommend this business. My thanks again to Sarah.

Dont buy a Hyundai if you ever need service. They dont have appts available for 2 months!Who takes 2 months to get a customer in for service and a recall! Consumers should be aware of this when deciding where to purchase a vehicle. This is a in house review because your dept cannot accommodate my request and was unfriendly.

What else is there to say about a dealership that when you ask to speak to the manager, they tell you that he isn't available, and when you then ask that he call you back when he is available, they say no. Not surprised to see how low their ratings are from others. So unfortunate, since I love the car but will never buy from this dealership again.

Please please don't waste your time at this dealership. I've had the worst experience! Brought my car in in August for warranty repair on the engine. It is now November, and nothing has happened. They had one excuse after the next. I started working with Service Advisor Jerry. He dropped the ball. I was told diagnostics would be done on my car. Nothing was done because they never “linked” my name to the car. Then another Service Advisor, John, started to help me. At first, I felt good, because I felt like we were getting somewhere. BUTTTTTT, then John never submitted paperwork for my warranty. At this point I find out that John and Jerry had quit WTH! Now, I'm stuck with the Service Advisor Manager, Piper. At fist she was very attentive, trying to help me. Once Hyundai denied my warranty claim, I didn't hear back from ANYONE for weeks. I emailed, called and called, even went down there multiple times to get answers. Finally, when I was told my warranty repair was denied, she tried to sell me another car. I don't want another car. I want this one (that I had for 3 month) fixed!!!! After months of not getting anywhere, I emailed & called the GM Manny, who never responded.

I just had my car serviced at Delray Hyundai. I had 2 open recalls that needed to be addressed. I cannot say enough about the staff that I encountered, from my initial call requesting an appointment until the service was completed. Jessie De La Flor went above and beyond to assist me and make me comfortable. She answered every question with patience and grace.Thank you to all staff who provided service to me today!!!!!

I went to Delray Hyundai today to purchase a used Sonata for my son. The salesperson, Feguener Gay was knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a vehicle. I found the whole experience to be very positive. The sales manager, Trent, was wonderful too. Nice place to buy a car. Thanks.

Brought my wife's car in to fix the windshield washer and they just told me it's a minimum "diagnostic charge" of $200. They deduct the cost of the part and keep the rest. Isn't that awesome! Hopped on this site and see at least 100 reviews all 1's and the owner Howard apologizes but apparently hasn't done a thing to rectify anything. Looks like I draw the Service "Advisor" Jesse who just tells you the way it's going to be (See Lola C review). Oil change just came due and she wouldn't even give me a quote on that. Some nonsense about different parts.....Look at your screen it's all right there. Turns out they just did an oil change within the last 90 days. Every customer is complaining. Good thing my wife finally called me to tell me about the oil change. Stop telling people you want to make the experience better when you have no intention of doing anything. Appointment was for 1PM and they just took the car into the garage at 3 PM. Getting close to buying a new car but it won't be at this dealership after purchasing her last five cars here (under old owner) and it won't be a Hyundai. Maybe a letter to Hyundai Corporate might help!?

They are great and very attentive before sale but once you step out the door forget getting a hold of anybody or getting any help. I won't say anything about the defect in my car they didn't tell me about, that's my problem for not checking it thoroughly. But they promised to send me my second key for the car that they claimed was locked in an office drawer and I've been trying for a week to get a hold of somebody and nobody answers their phone returns a text or returns a message. Their post sale service really stinks.

They will lie to you everything. Please do not waste your time and money here. The man who sold us the car convinced us we needed something that we didn't. They ended up lying about how many miles we had and said we had it serviced. How can someone service a car at 20,000 miles when the car is only at 10,000.

Currently, according to NHTSA.gov my 2012 Veloster has two potentially dangerous recall issues associated with my car as follows:1. Parking Sensor may short circuit and cause fire (I did receive a card from Hyundai notifying me of this in August 2023, 2. A new recent recall item advertised on the news on 9/27/2023 and also listed in the NHTSA app. No postcard notification yet. When I called this dealership to schedule these two recall issues the woman who answered was less then patient and told me my auto listed in their system does not have any recall items needed. When I told her about the post card received about the earlier recall (# 1 above), she quickly informed me that the first available appointment is November 14, 2023. If I did not tell her about the post card, she would not have tried to schedule me for two potentially dangerous recall items. Seven weeks later is unreasonable for these recall items which the dealership will make money from. If they are short handed, they should give the parts to an outside service station who can fix the issues in a more timely manner. I would prefer to go to my service station anyway, as I do not trust this dealership. To date, I have not scheduled a recall appointment. It may be time to consider another dealership.

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to check an issue in my Santa Fe Hyundai, Was treated horribly, the Service advisor Jesse ( she goes by that name) was hostile and behaved like she owned the dealership didn't even sign me in for a technician to check my vehicle but decided that my vehicle needed to stay there for a few days before they get to it, as if people don't matter and can be left without a car so they can check it at their convenience so what was the point of booking an appointment? And as if they don't get Bank and charge you ridiculous amount to diagnose and repair regardless .But this Jesse was not trained to work with the public in a professional manner nor did she know what customer service is!Do Not Go to this dealership for anything!BE WARE!!!!!Bad Bad Customer Service Very Run down place.

I dealt with Shawn, and he met my needs by showing me products that were right for me. I was able to select the perfect car, and after he jumped through some hoops, I drove home with my new Hyundai SUV the same day. He was able to get, what I considered a fair deal for my trade in.The best thing is, my wife loves the car.Cody took me through the paperwork process. It takes some time, but Cody’s expertise and professionalism made it painless and explained everything in a way that I understood.Cody and Shawn made this car buying experience great! I recommend them highly! Finally, because the extended warranty is so attractive, I took it for the first time in my life. Now I can sleep well at night for the next 8 years.Shawn is the sales manager. I recommend him highly!

Both Ed and Manager Eric I believe was his name, really took the time to help ensure I was Happy, and that I was ok with the Terms. I would recommend, based on my experience alone that anyone shopping for a New or Used Hyundai or , Delray Hyundai. Never once felt pressured to buy or take an offer I was not happy with. They answered every question I had and they were able to explain any concerns I may have had. Go see the Ladies and Gentlemen of Delray Hyundai, and let them help you get into your next Vehicle. 5 Stars all the way from me.

My car has been in the service department for 9 weeks. I haven’t heard from anyone in 3 weeks. I have left multiple emails and phone messages to the service manager and general manager and they has not responded. In addition, my 87 year old father left a message asking to please respond to his daughter and they didn’t respond to him either. According to past emails from my first service advisor, I was lied to by him and then he quit!!!! This whole situation has been a nightmare. I will never ever purchase another Hyundai as long as I can drive.
