I’m confused as to how I have to wait over 2 hours to be seen by a doctor for refills but someone who doesn’t know how to use an at home Covid test can just skip me and be in the back for over an hour. And I’m confused as to how I came in before someone who didn’t even have an appointment. And they get called in before me this has to be a joke.

Sometimes there is a wait, but Love the care I receive from Dr. Lisa Kelso! She takes her time and talks to you and explains everything very well. Love her staff too! Christie and Mark. So helpful. You are not rushed! Have been going there for yrs!

I came in at 9:30am for a 9:45am appointment. Out of all the doctor offices I have ever been to, this one has been by far the worst. The wait was extremely long considering there were only about 4 patients before me. I left at 11:15, which is almost two hours of waiting, to get nothing. I wasn’t seen by the doctor nor did I receive the referral I initially came there for. Either there’s a lack of time management or poor scheduling decisions.Additionally, floors and surfaces were not clean. When an individual comes into a doctor’s office, it is expected that the environment is clean, especially working with tools that are vital to keep sanitized.

I just want to share my experience: came out today for first time, my appointment was at 4pm. I arrived 20 minutes early and after +1 hour, I had to leave, Doctor didn’t see me and nobody told me anything, no apologies, nothing.

Do not come here- they lie about their costs and are trying to rip people off!!Brought my two sons here for a routine checkup for their college sports physical. I called ahead of time to make sure they would take our insurance and explained what was needed. We came in for the appointment with the paper for them to sign- which basically just says they are in good health.15 mins after being called to the back, the nurse comes out and says insurance WILL cover the physical, but because the doctor has to sign a form, it’s now going to cost me $95 each!!!I asked why I’m being charged and she says it’s considered a “sports physical”. So I point to the sign on their wall that says a sports physical is $25. The nurse and everyone at the front desk looks in shock! The nurse goes back to the doctor and returns to say the $25 is not for college students- only for little kids. WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT ON THE SIGN???I should not have to pay for something covered by insurance and if I do, it should be at the price advertised!! Do not come here, they are liars and are trying to rip people off!

Best walk in care I’ve been to in Delray.. beats all the chain places by far. Caring staff and dr’s. Been here a handful of times and always leave satisfied and cared for.

Waited a hour for a test...so my bladder was about to explode just to take a test. This place is horrible super slow ?I don't recommend this place you have to wait for a hour to take a employment test.

It should not take 1hr+ to get a simple urine test for a job. I am very displeased with the service. I arrived before 5 others and i am still sitting in the same spot every one else has been serviced. This is beyond ridiculous. I’d give it 0 starts if i could.

I have to say how refreshing it was to meet doctors and staff who took the time to find out exactly what was going on. The staff and doctors were professional, courteous, very kind and caring. A great experience. Always remember it takes a team.

My friend and I walk in to this place while she is clearly bleeding from the top of her head. We ask to see someone who can help and they ask what's her insurance policy. Then we ask to use the bathroom to wash off the blood and they tell us we can't. There was no sense of urgency or care for her well being at all. Just made me lose faith in those who are called to help. Complete lack of compassion!

Very rude front desk. I get being busy, I’m also busy- but I never let my patients feel a burden, and neither should this clinic. My advice is to find joy in what you do, helping people, so you don’t have to feel so bothered at work. Your patients are paying for it.
