Lovely WAS EXCELLENT !! I had alot of things to ship, she took her time and boxed them up for me, explained how customs worked and the timing my shipment would be received. I had an error in my address and she fixed it with ZERO problems. If I could give 6 stars I would. She needs a raise ASAP

Very horrible experience the driver placed my package at the wrong address. I call to immediately report that’s not the right house. I called no answer from the boca facility. Called the 800 number they giving me the run around about something that belonged to me and it wasn’t my fault it was the drivers for not paying attention. I had picture and evidence to show my proof still nothing. I wouldn’t recommend to use this delivery company for nothing. They don’t care about your packages
