Absolutely horrible I paid for a visit then was told the dr wasn’t in till Monday for my prescription refill. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

Be careful while going into this pharmacy location you'll be greeted and treat very hostility if you are not and white American. Especially if you are asking for help and finding an location or item. If your not a patient of thr urgent care they do not want you at all.

Went at three pm pharmacy closed also was treated very rudely at 1425 congress in Delray when asked why is it closed maybe that person should take a lesson from employees at lake worth location

The pharmacist here is so rude!! They aren’t taking in new customers. Tells people it’s illegal to call a pharmacy to ask if they can manage your monthly orders

Now when the pharmacist himself is rude, curt, disrespectful and dismissive it speaks volumes to the type of care they provide. Completely displeased with the customer service.

Did a TELE conference today and from start to finish it took less than 30 mins. Prices were reasonable as they took my insurance and the pharmacy was also a smooth and easy to access and get meds. Everyone was very pleasant and professional ??

I was very satisfied with the care we recieved, our regular dr. M8ssed a strep infection that they diagnosed straight away. I'm grateful to the kind caring staff .

DrG's urgent care is the best. Staff is very caring. They know how to care for clients. I have heart condition that's been acting up all week.they are equipped with ex ray machines and do the bloodwork right here highly recommend them. Lynne

Crazy business. If you by chance are looking to contract covid this is the place for you with its overcrowded waiting room filled with hacking sick people. They need to register/ check people in outside but instead pile people in like sardines. They don't take appointments and the lines are crazy. We showed up an hour before they opened and were 6 th in line. I almost gave them 2 stars as The actual doctor we saw was lovely but the process it took to see her was abhorrent. The worst part is yet to come..... The turn around time for covid tests is outrageous. We were told 24-48 hours and it took 98 hours to get our tests back. Will never come here again. Ever.

The staff was very kind however the entrance was like a herd of cattle fighting for food - people just short of storming the lobby to get a Covid test - no social distancing and people on top of each other - if you didn't have Covid before you got there - I wouldn't be surprised if you got it after you went. Not a lot of organization or communication. Inside the woman administering the Covid tests and the Physicians Assistant were awesome. Today I came to express docs on Military for a second set of tests and it's like night and day - calm - clean - comfortable and plenty of social distancing.

We had a bit of a Covid-19 scare and had to get tested right away. Unfortunately for us, every place I could think of for testing from CVS and Walgreens to MD Now and every urgent care in between was either full or closed. I then came across Dr. G's. We called ahead to see what the story was. They told that us we could be tested, but they wouldn't give us an appointment since it's first come first served. They wouldn't even give us a ballpark guess on wait time. We went anyway since we had no other options and because it was the weekend and didn't want to wait until Monday to be tested. When we arrived it was extraordinarily crowded. We talked to the woman at the desk who still wouldn't give us an estimated wait time, which was frustrating. It can't be that hard to calculate the wait time. If every visit is approximately 15 minutes and there's 8 people ahead of us, it's probably going to be around 2 hrs. Why not be honest and tell us what's going on? When I sat down to start waiting, I figured it would take around an hour or an hour and a half max. But it ultimately took 3 hours, which was very rough. We got it done but ufff that wait was really pushing it. I could have flown to NY in that time. Results were returned in the promised time frame, so that's something. I'd recommend Dr. G's for Covid-19 testing since we did get tested when every other place didn't have availability. However, if you have other options, definitely try those first before coming here. The wait time can be unreasonable.

I have been served 10 time better service in 3rd world countries & backwoods places. Over 4 hours, terrible, not organized, tell you you can wait in car but never text you, after 2 hours waiting I went back in they said they called my name to pay copay, I said no you didnt here is my phone they said ohh not on you phone just in waiting area (which was 30 people in covid omnicrom hell). I said we discussed this you said you can wait in car we will call your phone, ohh sorry, we didnt do that. I said I have been waiting 2 hours and people who came in after me are being seen, she says we need your copay and it says you have a small unpaid balance. What's that upaid balance for I asked, sorry I cant tell you I dont have that information on my computer, do you want to be seen or not.... If so you need to pay it... Paid copay and mysterious balance, I asked am i still in line from when I checked in 2 hours ago as I see some folks who came in after me have already came and gone, yes she said. You should be soon, I waited and watched 25 more people who arrived after me go in, 2 more hours..., I went to the front desk again and said these people came in hours after me what going on? She said that cant be true I showed her my appointment confirmation and time stamp from 4 hours ago, her response yah, we dont go by that.... total BS, unorganized, dirty etc. Finally Get inside they give covid test then leave, I said I wanted to get checked out as I didnt think it was covid as I was sick for a week and had 2 negative test 3 days ago, OK they said then closed the door. After 30 more minutes of waiting I opened the door and asked whats going on, OHH you can go we took your covid test... I had to reexplain that I wanted to actually be examined and after much grief and aggravation someone finally came in to examine me for all of 3 minutes. Worst experience ever, I will not be going back EVER, STAY AWAY! No resemblance of an actual medical treatment facility, and way, way worse than a public free testing facility.

Run don't walk away from this place. The absolute worst clinic. I am a head care worker and the negligence that has been displayed from this place is abhorrent. They have been reported to the board of health.

Staff is rude. The wait is ridiculously long. They have no system in place to have things moving at a reasonable pace. Avoid this place at all cost.
