Pretty decent the prices are too high they see a woman a female walking in they look at you like you are Bank of America you don't see a female they see the Bank of America now you take it from there me I think it twice before I walk in there only in a huge emergency otherwise I go to a regular mechanic okie dokie

The cost for sercice was explained to me to satisfaction by caring service manager. The gentleman who assisted me was patient, pleasant and knowledgeable and his service was done with professionalism and care. He gave me some discount including washing my car as a courtesy. Mr. J I appreciated your lovely service ❤ thanks and for sure you are an asset to Ed Morse Toyota. See you again soon. Is the best Toyota dealership I have ever been to.. From when I walked in to when I left they took care of me like I was family.. I purchased a new Toyota Camry and got an unbelievable deal and was very satisfied with the pricing of the car and the features of the vehicle itself. The staff was extremely and helpful. All of the staff helped me from the introduction of the car all the way through the sale and then finally the signing of the papers in the office was a great experience. If you're gonna get a Toyota this is the place to go I absolutely give it 5 stars and you know from me I don't give them out a lot 5 stars are big and they deserve it.?

Don’t buy a prepaid service plan. Terms are simple, straight forward, and they will not be honored. $1000 plan, was honored for 1/6 of the terms. No refunds. No return phone calls. Nothing. Eave took it to an attorney who said that is was in no way arbitrary or unclear and they ignored him when he contacted them. I cannot in good conscience accept their word and wouldn’t use them for service again for the contract because I cannot trust them. If they have to be coerced to honor their word, what would they possibly do to my vehicle…or “forget” to do to it in retaliation for my daring to stand up about it? Everything about the vehicle purchase process earned a top rating from me. There were no hiccups whatsoever until they, approximately 6 months later, declared my 3 year service contract to be fulfilled. With that one act they held up the worst stereotypes of the used car salesmen. After that, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to friends and family and I will have to look elsewhere for my subsequent new vehicle purchases. I submitted the contract paperwork to GM’s customer service-not expecting them to rectify it as it is a dealer offered service agreement, not manufacturer, but to make them aware of how a franchisee is conducting themselves. UPDATE 1 month after initial review: After this review and Ed Morse’s follow up comment, I was finally able to get past the apparent stone wall I was encountering at the management of the local dealership and received a phone call from persons higher up the chain than I had been able to reach previously. This issue was quickly RESOLVED to my satisfaction.
