Went to see about purchasing a new vehicle. Worked with salesperson Elizabeth. Horrible experience. She was not knowledgeable about vehicles and different models. We were asking appropriate questions, which she could not answer. She took offense to our questions, left us with the keys to a car, and a different salesperson came out accusing us of being rude. We decided to take our business elsewhere. It was a very odd experience.

After leasing several cars from the Ed Morse Delray Toyota Dealership, I finally purchased my first car there. From the moment I met Josh Tucker (Sales Manager), I knew I was in good hands. The entire experience went exceptionally well thanks to the superior expertise, integrity, professionalism, patience, and friendliness of Josh and the rest of the team - Omar Etayem (Sales Associate), John Cassese (Business Manager), Nicole Minello (Finance Manger), and the fabulous General Manager, Charles Pierce. Throughout the process, all of my many questions and concerns were resolved thoroughly and promptly. They all went truly above and beyond and I highly recommend them!

I went to Ed Morse Toyota to service my vehicle. The staff was rude and when I received my diagnosis (new tire) I was told by the service consultant, Enzel, that he would order my tire and I’d hear from them in 2 days. I never heard from him and took my car the Ed Morse Cadillac where I received 1st class service. Thank you Ed Morse Cadillac for your fantastic service. If you need great service check out Ed Morse Cadillac you won’t be disappointed.

Jim Rieger is the man! Delray Beach, without a doubt has the most beautiful car lot I have ever seen in my life! Every car on that lot is taken care of. Everything is always so presentable. This branch offers a lot more than just Toyotas as well! I promise you they can help you with just about anything. This branch offers so much and the knowledge that the employees and the GM offer is absolutely outstanding. Special thank you to John for helping me pick out my new Toyota off-road TRD! I am sending everyone I know to Ed Morse Delray, Toyota!

I want to say German from Ed Morse Delray Toyota to not call me at 8:15 on a Saturday morning to tell me I'm ready for service on my vehicle. When I didn't answer he then texted me . When I called later in the morning and I told the girl what happened she said " oh yes . He comes in early " . I don't care if he comes in at 6am you should not be calling a customer at 8:15 am on a Saturday morning !! Ed Morse needs to train their employees because this has happened 3 other times last month .

15 days ago I went to do the maintenance of my car. They offered me to change some parts supposedly to improve performance. The offer was very expensive. And I rejected it for the moment. The car was running about 500 miles per tank since it is hybrid. After that maintenance, the performance drops to 470 miles. What a coincidence that it was just after having rejected the offer and just after that maintenance. I'm sure they did something to make the car spend more fuel and force me to buy the parts that they suggest are very expensive.

I just wanted to say five stars for your sales person, Jen from Philadelphia. She was wonderful. Richard in your finance department explained everything perfect to me. You might want to tighten management up just a hair at Ed Morse so you’re not getting on Angie’s list because I was very close of writing up a nice report for you instead I’m gonna give five stars to your sales people. Thank you for your time have nothing but good to say about.

Overall a GREAT experience once we started talking to the right people. My husband and I wanted to transition from sedans to an SUV and I already knew it was going be a challenge due to the current car market. My first experience into car ownership in 2018 had taught me valuable lessons, and I was determined not to repeat those mistakes ever again. It's important to acknowledge that dealerships are businesses, and have to make a profit. However, I have a strong aversion to overselling and taking advantage of customers.Initially, we chose this dealership primarily due to its proximity. However, my first interaction with a different sales manager left me uneasy, as they attempted to oversell and emphasize their extensive tenure in the industry. For me, what truly matters is a fair price, irrespective of a person's length of service at the dealership. Whether you started working there a decade ago or just yesterday, it should not impact the customer's experience.Fortunately, we were introduced to John, the inventory manager, who proved to be a breath of fresh air. We had specific preferences regarding the color combination and were willing to wait. We approached him for a vehicle that wasn't even at the dealership yet and was scheduled for delivery at the end of October. To our delight, John not only secured a better deal for the same car coming much sooner than we had expected but also ensured a hassle-free process. He never made us feel like we were being taken advantage of at any point.I commend him for delivering a seamless car-buying experience and his unwavering commitment to exceptional customer service. Even after learning from other reps at the dealership that he had been at Ed Morse for years he never once used that as a selling point or try to downplay our knowledge. Our experience at Ed Morse, particularly with John was truly exceptional.I'd also like to extend my appreciation to Bruce and Dee. Bruce initiated the introduction to John and Dee kept us well-informed throughout the process of waiting for our car to come in.We love our new car!

Want to share my experience. Very satisfied with the ethics and professionalism of Ed Morse. Had some challenges in the sales process and the sales manager Jim took ownership and made things right. It's very rare especially in South Florida to find a company that values you as a person and treat you with respect. The experience overall has been very positive and looking forward to doing business with them for many years.

After being contacted by Brandon, one of the service managers at Ed Morse Toyota, we were invited back in to rectify an apparent misunderstanding. All issues were promptly corrected at no charge.However. I had already purchased 4 new tires from Firestone, due to my loss of patience and anger. My Bad. Not theirs.I want to upgrade my rating, due to the due diligence of Brandon. Alls' Well That Ends WellHoward S Happy Again with Ed Morse

Frank Rojas was absolutely amazing. I didn’t listen to him when he told me to buy my lease out. I went elsewhere to buy a Toyota and regretted it. After 5 months of leasing another Toyota from another dealership, I came back to buy a Rav 4 Hybrid from Frank and Delray Toyota. The experience was great. I loved working with Frank and Justin. I would recommend Frank Rojas to anyone interested in buying from Delray Toyota.

Beware of this dealer. They had me come in for a car only to tell me it was sold the day before. What's worst is that once I got there the sales person (Christopher) who was telling me the car was available did not even meet me. He had a "sales specialist" meet me and tell me that car was sold but to look at other cars for higher/same prices with higher mileage. Luckily I didn't drive that far to have my time wasted. Manufacturers should offer direct to consumer options to not have to deal with shady and scammy dealers such as Delray Toyota.
