These delivery drivers need to work on their customer service. The man delivering our order was delivering to a family member that recently lost her Dad. Instead of calling before he left the store for delivery timing and updates he called as he was on the way and was rude on the phone to both her and myself. She was working and couldn't have someone home by the time he was going to deliver. I called him back 10 minutes after he called my phone and he already passed her house on his route so I couldn't have someone be there for the delivery. That meant that she had to go pick it up from the store herself (mind you we paid an extra distance delivery fee). Why the delivery came from this location when I put her delivery address in is beyond me since I see there are lots of locations closer than this one. A really disappointing experience for an expensive gift in a time of grieving and hardship for the end customer. I do not recommend and we won't be using them again.

I spent almost $200 and it came in a plastic bag. Never told me what time was coming so everything is melted. I know you would think If you Spent $200 they will come in a refrigerated box or something. What a waste of money I will be calling corporate.

AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! i made an order to my sister’s birthday with cake flowers and balloon a day before and i got an attempts to deliver email and called them and spoke to a lady who told me nobody was there - which is a lie - my sister was there! after a couple of hours they called her - it was a surprise - saying they were OUT OF STOCK and she got no cake no flowers and I called them again and turns out they never attempted to deliver anything!!! They simply did not have the product they sold me a day before ! Liars! avoid at all cost !

I love this place!! Got this from my boss and also got one of this for my friend!! They have excellent customer service and very nice people!! I highly recommend this place!!! Thank you!! They have great prices and the delivery is super fast!!

Really disappointed!
Placed an order for same delivery ( the delivery timing was great ) the fruit were horrible. It was for a relatives birthday and when we all celebrated the Fruits were hard as rock and no flavor no sweetness. Tried to reach out to the store, but no one got back to me…. Disappointing.

I tried unsuccessfully through the main website to send an Easter edible to my cousin, so I contacted a store nearest her to place the order direct. I spoke with Dorothy and through taking a computer shot of my order and message, she was able to view what I needed and all other pertinent info before calling me back with my payment arrangements. She was great and SO much better than working with a "computer robot". Thank you Dorothy. My cousin was very pleased

UPDATE 11/18/25: Disappointment with this Edible Arrangements location continues. I was told that the manager would follow up with me. I was called by a man that claimed to be the manager - he said they would re-deliver the basket. I informed him that did nothing to rectify the issue as the basket ordered was for a funeral reception and was meant to help the family by providing food for the everyone attending the funeral/reception. He then told me someone would call me about this. He then argued with me about not knowing if fruit had been eaten out of the basket delivered before taking the picture posted - SHAME on this individual to argue with a customer...to accuse a customer rather than taking ownership of the poor quality and deceit of this store. I was not even asking for a full refund of the product but for them to correctly charge me for the size of the basket delivered since it was too late for them to fix the problem by delivering the correct basket. When I asked who was calling me back since I was told I was speaking with the Manager, he said he was the manager but he could not do anything, the store manager would be calling me back - could be an hour, could be 48-hours. Over 24-hours in I have not received a call from anyone. If I could provide a Negative star rating I would - the extremely poor presentation of the product, the dishonesty of the store by selling us a large basket and clearly delivering a horribly put together much smaller basket, and the extremely poor customer service and follow through is a sad representation of Edible Arrangements. I have been a repeat customer of Edible Arrangements for many years, placing MANY orders a year - this experience has resulted in the loss of a long-standing customer. There are too many businesses out there - I see no reason to give my business to a company that does not stand behind their products / service. To reiterate - for those that want a quality product, a product that you pay a significant amount of money for (which if they actually delivered what they advertise would be worth it), good customer service by a store that stands by their products/quality/service, find another place to spend your hard earned money. Find another place to do business with if you want a better chance of the recipients of your gift to receive a quality product as ordered.We ordered the large “Always in Our Hearts” fruit basket from the Edible Arrangements located at 14535-C S. Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL 33484. The cost was $153.99. Sadly what was delivered was nothing even close to what was shown on their website for what was ordered/paid for. I called the store directly and sent pictures of what was ordered per their website and what was actually delivered (also posted here). The employe was insistent that they were the same - you be the judge on whether or not this is what you would have expected to be delivered based on what was displayed on their website. Neither the presentation nor the quantity of the fruit in the delivered basket is even close to being comparable to what was ordered. Would definitely not recommend this store. The first pic is what was delivered, the 2nd pic is what was advertised as the product being ordered. SO DISAPPOINTING!

This place is amazing!!! Last year, I had a really horrible experience with the edible arrangements in Boyton and getting a birthday arrangement delivered to my mom. All said and done, it was over a week late, the fruit was going bad, and some of the add-ons were incorrect. I was very hesitant to do business with any edible arrangement store locations after that, but decided to give this location a try. They did not disappoint. The delivery driver attempted to call my mom 3 times when she wasn't home and then placed a call to me. My mom actually called back while I was on the phone with the delivery driver, and the 2 of them were able to come up with a solution so she could get her arrangement. The driver went above and beyond to make sure she got it on her birthday! In addition, the arrangement was exactly what I ordered. I would highly recommend this location.

Ordered a berry bouquet, added on 8 hazelnut topped banana slices and 8 chocolate apple slices. This was for my new stepmom for Mother's Day. As I live out of state, I ordered online and my dad (who is local) picked it up yesterday. I'm guessing they added banana slices and apple slices to the bouquet?! They were advertised as boxed on the side. I feel like I got jipped out of my 2 add ons or they made the bouquet smaller. This does not look like $86 dollars to me. Regardless, we will not be ordering here next year.
